So true! Each step, explained perfectly! Can't go wrong following her step by step guide. My 1st time making rasmalai was a total disaster. But I'm so trying Wendy's next hoping it's gonna turn out to be as good as hers! ❤️
Hi wendy I just tried ur rasmalai recipe 3 days back. I m very happy to tell u it was a big hit. Everyone loved it n demand more. Only I used readymade rasgullas. Thanks❤❤
I'm going out just now to buy my ingredients as you have made this look so darn easy I can't believe it. I have tried to make rasgolas for 20 years with zero success as the cheese just disintegrates once dropped into the sugar syrup. But I have always used "full cream milk". Can you tell me what you do to the 7 cups of sugar syrup after you have taken out the balls??? Your explanation was perfect. Well done.
Dorothy Too good a recipe...what a beautiful splash of color.....looks so irrestible...your presentation makes it even more appetising Will definitely try it Wendy.....Also looking forward to your mava(khoya) cup cakes recipe soon which you promised....
Hi Wendy, love your recipe but unfortunately I couldn’t get the desired results. Wanted your advise on where I went wrong. I tried the recipe using Almarai skimmed milk but the chenna / paneer turned out to be very less in quantity and was quite dry which eventually turned chewy. Should I use half cream milk or full fat milk instead. I’m in the gulf and I haven’t seen any toned milk options here.
Hi Melissa, you probably got less of the cottage cheese cause you used skimmed milk. The milk should have at least 2% fat content in it. Also you are not looking for a paneer texture. You probable drained out all the liquid . It should have just a dash of moisture which makes it more like cottage cheese.
Oh my, my Delicious Rasmalai, Coming to Mumbai. Milk is boiled and cooled, Waiting patiently to be curdled. The process has begun, Strained and well done. Wrapped up in a kitchen towel, Meanwhile the milk is brought to a boil. The curdled milk is kneaded smooth, Adding a teaspoon of corn starch. Evenly divided and rolled on the palm, Enjoy doing it with love and calm. Sugar syrup is ready, Rasmalais are slowly cooking. It's getting better and better, A tease for the platter, Wendy's taste test speaks, As she gets ready to freak, Oh my goodness, Yummylicious. Matching attire, Relishing to Wendy's heart's desire. 😋😋😋😋
Hi Jacinta, in the ingredients I’ve mentioned 1/4 cup of water. With regard to the cornstarch, refer to point 6 in the method section of the written recipe. Enjoy!
I just made this but my rasmalai turned out a bit rubbery? Is that normal? I used to buy it from a shop and it used to be fluffy and mine isn't like that. I have no idea what I did wrong, any help?

Is radmalai and rasgulla same?
No they are different. I will make rasgullas soon😂😋
Hi Wendy. I tried it but the balls weren’t as smooth as yours, it was crumbly even after kneading it. Do you have any suggestions?
Sometimes it takes a little practice to get them to come out perfect. I’m sure the next time they will turn out perfect!
I just made this but my rasmalai turned out a bit rubbery? Is that normal? I used to buy it from a shop and it used to be fluffy and mine isn't like that. I have no idea what I did wrong, any help?
Can this be made without nuts?
