Rasmalai रसमलाई बनाने का सबसे परफेक्ट और आसान तरीका मैंने इस वीडियो में बताया है साथ में ही वो सारे टिप्स बताये है जिससे हलवाई जैसे रसमलाई आप घर पैर बना सकते है :)
No of Rasmalai - 9
Ingredients:
For Chena balls
Milk (cow)- 1 litre
Vinegar -2 tbsp
For rabdi :
Milk (cow )- 1 litre
Dry nuts (chopped)- 1/4 cup (optional)
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Saffron (kesar )- 1/4 tsp (optional)
Food colour -1 pinch (optional)

I tried this receipe, it was so yummy. Thanks Mam. I tried with lemon, but when i dip my balls into chashni, balls were broken. But then i let them as it is and when i pulled those out from the Chashni i again make balls and it was awsome

I made rasmalai recently and everything got ruined .. my rabri came out perfect but the cheena was a total fail .. i tried another recipe so i can use the rabri but that flopped too ..i guess the problem was they didn’t explain everything in details like you did .. wish i watched your video, you explained everything so well and gave helpfull tips ..i was so heartbroken to see all that milk go to waste 😞 i’ll try your recipe and inshaAllah it turns out good. 🥺
