@@peter5.056 Did you mean to be unkind? I hope I read your comment incorrectly. I eat about 2 lbs of raw vegetables daily (in addition to fruit, beans, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. At 59, I have more energy than at any other point in my life, including childhood. My weight isn't a concern. I am slim, fit, active, and free of all degenerative and autoimmune diseases. While vegetables are the secret to health with their low-calories, low-fat, high-fiber, high-nutrient profile, 12 pounds would be too expensive and not leave enough room in my stomach for macros. Just an FYI…I was able to dehydrate my wraps in the Breville oven. I found it took longer to dehydrate (closer to 18-20 hours) and I did find mats on Amazon to fit the Breville. It worked great for me!

Wow that's a long time. Is it worth it, because then it uses a lot of electricity??
Yay! I'm guessing you have the Breville Smart Oven Pro with the dehydrator setting? Or do you have another version?
I tried it in my Breville Smart Oven with dehydrator setting and after 24 hours I gave up. Still not set. I live in Texas where humidity is high. Lissa said I may need to get an Excalibur in order for it to work for me. It worked for someone who lives in WI though.
I got "The Sausage Maker" Brand of Dehydrator and I love it! It's 100% stainless steel and made state side.

Got book yesterday, waiting on my trays . So excited to try. Tomato powder never seen it.

I dehydrated slices of tomatoes and then ground them in my blender to make tomato powder. I don't even know if that is the same thing but it seemed to work fine.
Stopped eating tomatoes do very very inflammatory. So are eggplants and white potatos as wheat. . Been noticing a big difference in my joints since then. Do Tumic & black pepper dally.

Awwww man, I gave my Excalibur dehydrator away to a friend that likes to dehydrate fish (of all things, yuck), but honestly I had bought the largest one and I just didn't have the space for it. I need to get the smaller one I think anyhow. I've got to try making those wraps. That quick wrap you made with that sweet potato looked out of this world.

I have a dehydrator, have had it for years, but it is a round one that has a hole in the center. I hope she can address how we can make wraps with these types of dehydrators. ❤. Well, I mean how can we roll them up. 😊
You can also get psyllium husk in the pharmacy Department where they sell Metamucil. There is a brand KONSYL that has no flavoring Etc, it's just plain psyllium husk., I said earlier Metamucil is psyllium husk but I don't think that's true let's Metamucil is usually flavored

What I love about these are that they are made with vegetables and very few other ingredients and contain no salt, oil or sugar.
