We got about 10 centimeters of snow here today in Arizona next to the Mexico border! I am still guessing it was massively colder for you but I thought I might try to make you feel better. 😀 We look forward to exploring Alberta someday! Take care.

I used to commute over Middle March Rd twice a day. From Tombstone to Pearce. Before I moved to Tombstone. Been all over that area. Between truck, ATV, UTV, and two motorcycles. Oh yeah rode horseback in the Dragoons too.

This is a lovely area of the state, I have camped in the Dragoons many times and always discover something new and beautiful. Now, about rattlesnakes, they have been seen out at 60-65 degrees (and higher) to sun themselves during this time of year, so do be careful. Welcome and enjoy your time in Arizona!

I live here, we film a lot of movies all through out that area. This is August toward the end of our monsoon season. Its 81 here at noon today. Great hiking and horse riding areas, don't worry to much about rattlers they ain't bashful so as long as your watching your step they will too. Hope you found Sheep's head rock and China camp. Tombstone is Disneyland for adults. Great family town for the family from 8 am till 5 pm, after that its Tombstone. You folks look kinda nekid, where's yer six shooters ? Special note to small dog owners when you go out there your dog is bait and your the main course.

If the sites are clean it is likely other boondockers are doing the cleaning. It is a bit of a hobby for some to help keep the most popular boondock sites from being closed or becoming paid campgrounds. The BLM and forest service will not allow much abuse before changes occur. So often last years perfect free spots become this years closures while they are transformed into paid sites and a spot for a host.

Loved the video. However, you do need to be there in the summer. June is the hottest month for Tombstone with an average high temperature of 93.5°, which ranks it as cooler than most places in Arizona. It also cools down nice at night.
