I was looking for videos on UA-cam and came across this. We were coming home from Silver City N.M. and met all of you guys heading towards Silver City. We wounded who and where you all were heading. And now we know. Great stuff 😊
Riverside campground at Caballo Lake is where Chile Challenge happens. Such a great event, from scenic to wild trails. Been going for a few years, and I 100% recommend it.
These videos are much better than the OG UA videos! Love the gas and supplies section and more commentary by the attendees. I suggest leaving their name and rig info up the whole time they are talking, unless it blocks the meat of the matter. I appreciate your website, but details on the drivers and rigs would be awesome. Keep letting us live vicariously!!
Loving the long form videos guys. As an avid follower for many years. Man it’s nice to have this back without the network BS. I’ll be making sure we support all the sponsors of the show too!
Scout took a pass this year as did the LRJ and UACJ-6D. But all three are still in respective stables, so it’s a safe bet you’ll see a 2.8 powered rig in the fold down the road!
I've been watching this since 2001.. I enjoy the videos and would give anything to do it.. I just showed my 13 year daughter this and she said the same thing.. it would a blast regardless of the break downs you may occur. I've been stuck in the mountains on trails all alone because everyone decided to leave but got my issue fixed and beat then down to main rds just because I know my way my parts and they didnt.. in the end it was funny to me one all was said and done .. I no longer wheel with them people though.. the way I look at it we go in as one we come out as one that's the game... your bound to have issues when you do what we do
Really appreciate the work u guys do to make the videos be a dream to run with u guys one day but till then or not…. I really enjoy these videos thank you !!!!
Very cool, all the rigs are amazing! I especially like the Ford truck, since I am a Ford guy, and the I H Trout, since I am a '56 model lol! Such an amazing trip, I've never experienced anything like this. Oh, I like Dave's former push me pull you Jeep too! (Thought I would say that in case he wants to invite me next year lol!)
I love the UA series. But it always surprises me how dialed in people get their suspension geometry, their axles/lockers, gearing etc. then overheat. So little time and energy spent on making their cooling system effective.
We spend a lot of time warning people but year over year they forget it’s the on-road days, not the off-road ones, that need attention. It’s really equal but honestly most of these rigs are normally trailered a lot of the time so that’s the gotcha in the end. You really do need a well-rounded rig to survive this thing.
@ i see this on the trail all the time as well. People constantly battling to keep fans running and hoses attached, not to mention just plain underperforming radiators.
Yeah my thoughts as well! Not flat at all here in Monroe Co. We go from 828’ at Tellico Lake to 5472’ on top of Haw Knob. Flattest place we have is the Wal Mart parking lot 😂
I've got a Trail Gear Crawl Box with 2.28:1 gears and Marlin 4.7:1 gears in the Toyota case. Also upgraded to the 23-spline parts and Trail Gear shifters.
This Florida guy is just wondering.Do they not have gatorade in arizona Glad to see all the jeeps. It's in your expedition.Do not have a row of rubber ducks across the Windshield Every idiot in Florida that owns a Jeep has a 100 rubber ducks across the front windshield.
Gotta say, I never got to see the UA due to never watching cable television in the last 38 years. Morenci (area) is my home so this is an extra special first viewership for me. Well done team 🤌🏻
As someone who has been on a UA, I really appreciate these videos so far. Really feels like being there😉👍
Thanks a bunch for saying so, Colt!!!
Agreed!!!
Hopefully you'll be joining them next year!
Feels like I'm there with you, because I drive between Morenci and Mesa twice a month 😂
Agreed!!
Love the new ‘management’ ! Great production quality and length! This is what UA needed! Thank you everyone for keeping this alive! Huge fan!
You guys are absolutely killing it on this series
Great job on this years coverage guys!

Thank you so much for continuing the tradition. The longer videos are what we love. We appreciate your time and dedication
The sound of a Durham rig just hits differently.
Only problem with pre cooking bacon with me it will be gone that night 😂

Thanks for the longer videos and the behind the scenes shots !
So glad I am from south Louisiana and know how to cook.
This is so relatable 😅 everyone has issues when you don't need them. What a heck of a start to a unreal adventure
369 for a freestanding, carbon fiber poled, double wall, 2lb tent that is full of features is outstanding! Great job on quality & price point!
I saw the crew cab K30 on I40 eastbound in western Oklahoma and when I saw it in episode 1 I almost died. That is a sweet rig! Keep up the good work!
Tough road day. That AZ heat and uphill terrain was unforgiving for a lot of those poor rigs. Another AMAZING video guys, thank you!
This is my new favorite series!!!
Crazy that this is the 25th year…I remember buying the videos at my local 4x4 shop so many years ago. It’s always been my dream to go on UA
“You’re an overlander now” “nooooooo” 😂😂😂😂
Great series

I had wished for this level of video coverage out of UA for years!!!! It’s great, keep it up!! Oh and the world needs more Vern. Just say’n.

Thank you guys so much for this. Been waiting so long for these adventures to come back.
You guys are doing a great job. thanks for finding a way for the series to continue!
I can’t believe the problems already. Even before it started, guys were fixing things.
Dig the road days!
Hell yeah! Love the new long format.
These videos remind of the early UA videos well done this year
A video for each day - perfect!!! No whining and hydrate….hydrate…hydrate rules tested this day for sure!
Chris Durham to the rescue :) . We need a video review of his Jeep and its cooling system.
From Australia I certainly miss the magazine but these videos are awesome. Keep it up. Good work.
Dang man!! I was hoping to see more of Daves...Jeepilator??.....I noticed it a couple times....❤️🇺🇲
These are great!! They really do this epic trip much more justice than the short form!
Btw - 7, 8, 10mpg??!! Where my R2.8 Turbo Diesels at??!! 😁
Scout took a pass this year as did the LRJ and UACJ-6D. But all three are still in respective stables, so it’s a safe bet you’ll see a 2.8 powered rig in the fold down the road!
Great series so far! I see a few familiar things at the very end of the video so I'm really looking forward to the next one! 😁
See the shake in the camera? California. Korys the man....
Videos are A++++! Man this is super motivating to one day do UA with my pops or my soon to be baby boy!

Great job, waaay better than Mt version 👍
This is awesome! Loving all the behind the scenes and not just strictly rigs crawling obstacles. Great job!

I can’t wait to go
“You start noticing metal fatigue, but it’s fine. That’s the name of the game.” No, Johnny, don’t say that. You’re making me nervous.
Im jones'in for the next one! Cant wait!
I hope to go on one of these one year soon with my son
thanks for the vids, keep up the good work.
So much better without motortrend to screw it up
That Seth Rogan laugh 😂
That 100% sounds like a fuel issue with that lexus.
Voodoo ropes still have mine
That's looks like his first truck
You can learn a lot by someone's shopping habits. That's why I got banned from the grocery store by my wife.
Flater in TN?? He must from West Tennessee
Yeah my thoughts as well! Not flat at all here in Monroe Co. We go from 828’ at Tellico Lake to 5472’ on top of Haw Knob. Flattest place we have is the Wal Mart parking lot 😂
What size tire on the 93 toyota pickup
The tires on Verne's truck are 38x13.50R17 Milestar Patagonia M/T-02
has no one seen Roadkill?, the hood goes onto the roof when over heating. lol
We did that on UA long before roadkill was a thing.
@@vernecofab probably where Freiburger got it from
Comments for the algorithms
Watson was on the ride before just like Tommy who was it had the red side kick
What transfer case are ya runnin Verne?
I've got a Trail Gear Crawl Box with 2.28:1 gears and Marlin 4.7:1 gears in the Toyota case. Also upgraded to the 23-spline parts and Trail Gear shifters.
All of those parts came from Yotamasters. They were a great help sorting out what was needed.
What is Tom woods driving?..
Miss his old Sammie
This Florida guy is just wondering.Do they not have gatorade in arizona Glad to see all the jeeps. It's in your expedition.Do not have a row of rubber ducks across the Windshield Every idiot in Florida that owns a Jeep has a 100 rubber ducks across the front windshield.
Wonder why they put all them stupid rubber ducks across the windshield it’s freakin rediculous
What's pewe doing these days
Gotta say, I never got to see the UA due to never watching cable television in the last 38 years. Morenci (area) is my home so this is an extra special first viewership for me. Well done team 🤌🏻
This was a very boring video, hopefully the next one has some off roading in it, the first one was pretty good
