Man! When the people passionate about the subject make the media. The quality just shows up. Made me feel like I was watching a video version or the old 4WOR/JP mags when they let you guys do what you do best. The Tom driving his own rig bit made me laugh. Can we set up a go fund me to build a new 2dr Bronco like his old one? Pre Ranger panels of course. Tom and the Bronco were an iconic piece of when I started reading UA. Especially when his steering box broke and he decided to test it out by almost sending it head over tea kettle.
Pro tip for anyone doing this or motorcycle camping, Folgers makes a coffee tea bag. Boil your water let the bag rest in there boom done. Easy and quick
Verne is great. I do believe he's the one who can terminator the ol lever action, if my "old head" remembers correctly. I think the pics for the story were even black and white still.
I am a subscriber and this video is not showing up in my subscription feed. Just a heads up, this episode might be missed by many people because of some settings or algorithm problem.?. I have watched every episode so far, Awesome content !!
Way back in the day we turned Fred on to the one legal-ish place to wheel that Trent went to on Oahu on a vacation but Fred subsequently hooked up with some locals that took him to waaaay better places on that trip. Sadly, we don’t think that’s enough to sustain a whole week of wheeling on the islands but if someone from the islands wants to chime in, we’re all ears. We’re not above putting rigs in containers!
I'm originally from RI, You'll never find legal dirt there unfortunately. Back in 92 we used to have gravel pits and an old train trestle to play on, now there all shopping plazas and paved bike trail. 😢
Well the thing about it is twofold: One, wheeling destinations in the Southwest aren’t exactly on top of one another, so it takes time to transit from place to another. We could have hopped on a couple interstates and been to our next spot in about 4-5 hours, but that would be boring. The road less traveled is generally more interesting, and that’s what we’re all about…the road less traveled. Two, telling the whole story includes road days like these, and we thought it would be fun to take viewers along. Obviously you’re not a fan; no worries, there’s plenty of action coming in the next three.
Cooler has a bad fuel pump! Best line of the show! Love the longer-form series guys. Can't wait for the next one!
Each episode is better than the last. Well done fellas!
Much appreciated!
Everything about this year’s videos is spectacular. Getting to see the friendships grow makes it more fun and personal. Geez this looks like a blast.
Thanks for the kind words!
It is SO FUN seeing these road days in long format, too. This new video series is so good that I end up watching them twice. Nice work, everyone!
Glad you like them!
What a wonderful and challenging adventure
This is the ultimate UA as I've watched every one buying videos as a teen and young adult and now on the old tube.
Loving it guys!
Excellent and definitely an Unreal Adventure. I'll be there for the next one.
So glad y’all kept UA going and especially enjoy the longer form content!

Good stuff. I hope you can continue the series and even expand the participation, sponsors, etc in the future.
Best laugh on UA-cam 😂❤
Bucket list for sure
Get a rig ready and apply!

I know those Montana boys, they probably lived the entire week on elk jerky, hot dogs and Lunchables.

That's a good day
Jonny Wood resembles Randall “Pink” Floyd in Dazed and Confused
That nickname might stick!
The more I learn about the Watsons the nicer people they seem
They're awesome!

Good memory, but you're thinking of our good friend and former 4WOR art director, Alan Huber.

Extra protein
I just want to know if the boys went back for the scout at pie town.

Fred has been to Hawaii (not on UA) but amazing. Look it up!

Yes but there’s still the private land option (with permission of course) which we’ll find one day, if nothing else than to check the box. Some day…
Supportive statements.
Appreciative reply
Hahahahaha😂
Lots of talking. Need more wheeling.
The whole trip in this video could have been done in a car, what a joke
