2 Ball Cisero. 8 ball is the game. Rack em and break. If you drop a ball, you choose solid or stripe and continue shooting. If you do not drop a ball on break, choose solid or stripe. Take the opposing balls and drop 2 of them in the pocket first, then its your turn to shoot. Always choose in numerical order from lowest number to highest when dropping the opponents balls due to your missed shot. If you choose solid, then stripes would be the opposing balls. So if you miss, you would first grab 9 and 10 and drop them in a pocket. If you miss again than you grab 11 and 12 and drop them in a pocket. Continue until either you win or The opposite balls are gone. If you make a ball and scratch, you only drop 1 ball of the "opponent/Cisero". Pull cue ball out and place it on the edge of the pocket it fell in and shoot from there. If you miss and scratch you drop 2 balls and follow the same rule placing ball on edge of pocket. The game has 4 levels to match your skillset. 1 ball Cisero = drop 1 ball per miss 2 ball Cisero = drop 2 balls per miss 3 ball Cisero = drop 3 balls per miss 4 ball Cisero = drop 4 balls per miss Personally I went from winning 5 game matches in 1 Ball Cisero to now playing 3 ball Cisero usually loosing. But good enough to regularly beat 2 ball Cisero. Fun game I play at home alone
I'll play 8 ball against myself. I'm a left handed player, i start with the left on solids and after a miss i switch to stripes righthanded. I always win and learn to play with righthand, saved my ass a few times in competition.
Thank you for sharing this solitaire version of the game. I think a lot of people wait until they have a clip of perfect play, before sharing . . you didn't ( although , it'll take me some time reaching up to your level of play ). So again, thank you, from Canada ." Boom ! " :-)
Very nice! Thanks for sharing. I usually play straight Pool when alone but I can t wait to try the 2 ball Cisero. There is also another drill where you break the balls and then shoot any until you get to the last 5 and shoot those in order.
Thanks for the video I'm in the making of redoing the house inorder to have space for a pool table as I spent alot of time alone at home so hopefully this will be a nice pass time hobby to have! One player Table tennis next 😂😂😂jokes
That's genious ! Thx a lot. However, i have a suggestion for the level instead of 1,2, 3, 4 ball cicero. take a dice and it will decide how many ball to remove. (to avoid the 5 or 6, you can also decide that the results will be like dice 1 or 2 = 1 ball, dice 3 or 4 = 2 balls, dice 5 or 6 = 3 balls). In this method, your "opponent" will not put same number of balls each time ..
The player who this is game is most likely named after would be the late, great Cicero Murphy. He was a very talented player, who was prominent mainly in the latter half of the last century. I believe he was the first black man to become world champion in the professional game of straight pool. In any event, he was a much feared money player as well as a highly respected professional player, and he was known to be a true gentleman. I believe he is in the billiards HOF, also. Cheers!
I would play for the A or the B persons for either strips or solid balls. No need to pick any balls and dropped it into pocket. Agree alone player? Have a nice day.
When he said “if you’re as good as E- (me)SHANE VAN BOENING “efren reyes OR SVB” I was like there you go. man that’s the only name you hear haha but the concept seems simple! Ima definitely have to play this probably not as easy as it seems but I think I’d start my self at a 3 I miss 1-2 times a rack in league I still have some work to do.
You have to make up a rule. 2 ideas (assuming game is 2-ball Cicero): Scratch counts as a miss, Cicero gets his 2 balls for the miss, and if you're still alive you resume play with cue ball on the head spot. Or, it could be Cicero gets his 2 balls, plus one more ball as a penalty, and if you're still alive you resume play with ball in hand.
You have a long ways to go to be good. You literally 2nd guessed your first shot many times and moved your body instead of standing up and re-setting your feet. That's a huge flaw

Fun game I play at home alone
Thanks dawg
What happens to the 8 ball?
_Who else is lonely and has no one else to play with..._
I just put my table in and set up two chairs and a bench. No one wants to come play lames.
Keep your head up king!
i need a friend
It’s better alone
🤚
Thank you for this idea. I have a pool table but no one wants to play so this is an idea for me as I want to get better.
damn, i personally act like 2 differ people playing against eachother, kinda works
That's exactly why I looked this up 😅

And you always win!

Never heard of this but it's a brilliant idea for practicing alone! Thank you for posting this!

Great Idea! Catch myself in the basement shooting solo a little too often!! Needed some ideas!
Thanks man I’m gonna play this every day now
Since I've watch this video, I've played this a couple times. Ty for video. Thanks
Thanks man, respect for posting it even tho you lost. I can't wait till i have enough room for a pool table. I have a lot of quarters tho haha.

This is actually a great way to practice! Thanks for sharing
Now I can play pool alone ahahah
I knew there was a way to play pool solo but never bothered looking it up. Now I know.
Fun looking game thanks for sharing
thank you. no one ever wants to play pool with me
Fun idea man. Thanks for sharing. Damn, if you'd hit that last solid with just half that pace, you would have taken it to Cicero! Thanks again!

Another great way is to develop a second personality disorder, so you won’t ever be playing alone anymore
Very solid man. Very solid. No pun intended
Fantastic idea for practising alone against yourself, I'v never heard of this in the UK. Thank you! 😊
I played this and thought it was very fun…thanks for the new game

I never heard if this but it makes so much sense. Thanks for the idea! ✌
I agree, great idea , adds pressure to every shot
Thanks man I've been searching for a new game.
I really like this, thanks for sharing
This guy us super chill
What brand table is that you are using? Great video and game!
Nice, thanks for the video
Thanks man, that's a great idea :)
Great game.
Really great video! Thank you very much man!
Thanks for the idea.
Thanks for this man
Cool game, makes practice play a bit more interesting
Thanks for this!
We called this cutthroat

Break and see the least amount of shots it takes you to run the rack. So carom all day. 15 balls on the table trying to get under 10 shots is hard.
I love this, but.. what do you do if you scratch?
3:55 , give the ghost a free kick
great game, thanks.
What happens if you’re on the 8 ball and you miss?
Thanks man!

Nice one, thanks 👍
U got a nice house
thank you for this video!
I'm really still trying to understand this 😕
More?
Thanks brother
More like “pool game you can play alone”
you over-chalk
Is that an olhausen table
Looks like a 9ft Connelly Sedona. I used to have the same table
Just play 9 ball, break and run
off topic but u kinda sound like Kanye lol
Kanye West playing pool with his buddies. Sry not sorry LOL
What if you scratch?

dood explains above , Cicero put one ball in and u play from the pocket you scratched i think ?

Chill out. He’s making a fun video for UA-cam not trying to become pro
@@johnhunsanger633 when you make a video showing off or giving advice you should be good
Also after he didn't call the second shot a foul I knew he would lose to himself 🤭
