Update after 2 months of use. The clear case is now grippy. As new it was as slippery AF. I think that was due to release agent on the moulding. It’s gone now, but Apple should clean it off properly as part of the manufacturing process, not have to wait for it to wear off. I now like the case.
I’m love clear case apple even hard case, I try use until 1 years apple clear case but the case didn’t be yellow.. About casetify after 2 month stating yellow a little bit, casetify only win military drop text..
Well i own a casetify clear case let’s be honest, +ve 1.Amazing buttons 2.Dust doesn’t get in 3.Decent magsafe magnet 4.Project your phone well 5.prevent yellowing -ve 1.Add 1/3 thickness to your phone 2.scratch easily 3.quite hard to take off 4.less grips than tpu soft case 5.expensive
Not only that but you are paying for the longetivity, if you want a cheap clear case then get one! Have fun with that yellowing over the next few months.
I never understand what’s the deal about the recycle materials.. that does nothing for the feel of the case or looks.. 😆 this case it’s bulky, definitely not feeling that branding logo around the camera lens.. it has some texture all around the case edges which prevents from being completely cleared.. the Apple clear case is not perfect.. but at least it’s completely clear and less bulkier and no branding…🤷🏻♂️
Unfortunately they don't make anything for the I Phone 13 Pro Max. Just the 12 Pro and Pro Max and 11 Pro Max. Not sure those would work. Mark in Iowa.
You do realize that when your affiliate link is followed, the cases are more expensive, clearly so they can make up a little from what they’re giving away with your discount code. That’s a pretty annoying move right there.
This clear case is their new version. I believe it came out in November or December 2022. So, I think the new casetify clear case is completely yellow proof because they improved it a lot and the outside is a hard pc like the apple case
@@Cynthia.Roselina Unfortunately, there's no such thing as yellow proof in these type of cases. That's why Casetify's asking price is too much for a clear case. I'd suggest going for ESR since it's cheaper but still gets the job done.
I don’t get how Apple hasn’t realized they need to cover the bottom of the phone yet? I’ll never buy their clear case as long as they keep the bottom exposed
Here at Apple, we try our best to provide customers with the best experience. The clear case is made of 95% polycarbonate. We designed the case with an open bottom so our customers could remove the case effortlessly; otherwise, it would increase the chances of breaking the case, and the friction while removing the case would scratch the iPhone’s stainless steel sides.
There is actually a raised ridge across the bottom of the cover and the corners of the phone are fully protected. I think protection is ok. I’ve had clear silicone covers on previous iPhones and they yellow and split after time. I’m getting used to this one now. Less grip is a penalty you pay with the wider Max size
The Apple clear case is like a bar of wet soap. How does the Casetify compare with gripping? I noticed there are some texturing on the edges that don't exist in the Apple.
I won’t buy anything from Casetify as long as they keep putting that marketing material along the side of the case. I’m not sure what the point of that is. Is it supposed to be a virtue signalling flex to others? The type is so small no one else could read it anyway, and if you’ve bought the case you already know their marketing spiel. And then there’s the black border and more branding around the camera lens. Maybe they should be paying us $70 a pop to walk around advertising for them lol
@@-Cold-World somehow you are the only one I've seen that says that the buttons on the clear case work perfectly. im still deciding if to get the clear magsafe case from apple or not..

Apple for the win. Casetify is a bunch of scammers
Casetify cases are chunky.
1. Price 2. Thickness and Weight
These 2 reasons casetify suck
Exactly
I’m love clear case apple even hard case, I try use until 1 years apple clear case but the case didn’t be yellow.. About casetify after 2 month stating yellow a little bit, casetify only win military drop text..
Should have compared the yellowing on the two cases
Just ordered two of these. The customization and easter coupon sold me.
I don’t like the black ring around the cameras. They should have made it clear as well
This is like a casetify sales advertisement 😂 the Apple case is better hands down..
Hows the casetfiy clear case over time? Does it scratch easily on the back? Is it visible?

82$ for something that is supposedly recycled is insane…
It’s crazy how y’all still complain about these prices in 2023 as if they’re not a company trying to gain profit

The ZAGG clear cases are better than the castify. Hands down.
It gets yellow?
@@sunngminn Not the ZAGG.
How do the magnets compare in terms of strength
I have both and the Casetify magnets are stronger
Do you still have the clear case without the name?
Apple clear case is as slippery AF. More worried about it falling out of my grip than the unprotected bottom of the case!

Try CASEKOO magic stand case

No

It will get yellow in few months castify cases
On these heavier new phones the harder buttons are the better. Some of these buttons are way too easy to hit by accident.
Don't buy the casetify one, super rubbish, after few days already so many little scratches on the case
Super video! 👍🏻💪🏼
$82 they better be good! Wow. 7:52
Yeah that’s ridiculous. Sooo much Money
The casetify case looks ugly with that black camera ring
The best clear case in my opinion is Tech21’s.The buttons are excellent.Problem is with all clear cases is that they are fingerprint magnets 🧲
I meant to say there
Casetify showing signs of yellowing after just 4 months…apple clear case has no yellowing even after 2 years…how can you even compare these two😂
