Ingredients: 1 head of cabbage 1/2 cup of chicken stock 5-6 pieces of bacon Medium white onion 4 tbsp of butter 5-6 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tsp of Cajun seasoning 1 tsp of white vinegar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper Instructions: Cut the cabbage into pieces. Cut the bacon into pieces, and dice the onion. Turn the saute function on and add the bacon. Saute for about 5 minutes and add the onion. Cook until onion is translucent, and add the garlic. Continue to saute for about one minute. Turn the saute function off and add the chicken stock. De-glaze. Add the cabbage, butter, all the seasonings, and vinegar. Pressure cook for three minutes and quick release.

This goes great with some grilled sausages on top! I added some fried bratwurst slices when the cabbage was done, and it's incredible. You can fry the bratwursts in a skillet while the IP is doing its thing and they finish about the same time. Awesome!
I think there are various cuts of all sorts of meat, from deer and elk to beef and sheep ... whatever has a cloven hoof AND chews the cud .. on the same animal pieces. My think about how jersey is made and flavored ... I am hungry now .. "-)@@mealsunderpressure

You say 1 Tablespoon of seasoning and vinegar in the video.....but teaspoons in the written directions? I’m assuming the video is the correct amount?
Hope he replies. Looked like a tablespoon but other recipes call for teaspoon. Wonder which is correct. Have you tried it?
