Ooof this was short but spicy! Any tips for adapting a full sized resistance band for workouts like this? I live in Lebanon and can't find any mini resistance bands here (and amazon doesn't work here). Thanks for all you do - your workouts have changed both my life and my body ❤
I adjusted the size of the band to fit my thigh knee area and then tied a knot on one side. Be sure not to make the knot too tight cause you'll need to untie it eventually
