  • Wrap the filling with butter and bake,
    Spread butter after baking,
    A small dinner roll with rich milk flavor is achieved,

    Material:
    bread
    250g bread flourr
    155ml milk
    4g instant yeast
    1 egg
    30g sugar
    15g milk powder
    3g salt
    30g softened butter
    stuffing
    36g butter
    topping
    1 tbsp egg liquid
    15g of melted butter
    Reminder:
    1. The baked bread should leave the baking tray to dissipate heat immediately, so as not to make the bread crust wrinkle
    2. Spread the melted butter while it is hot, so that the dinner roll can absorb the cream and increase the aroma
    3. Stored at room temperature for three days, frozen for one month
    4. Frozen small dinner roll can be steamed back in the electric pot to become soft

      剛加奶油麵團都會比較濕,再多揉一下,麵團就會吸收掉了

    請問若烤箱沒有上下火之分,烤箱溫度要設幾度來烘烤呢?

      我會建議170℃,最後5~8分鐘時,移上層,讓麵包接近上火上色。
      如果您的烤箱火力夠強,放中層就能上色就不用移動。

      @@cindychen8582 可以哦,加奶粉只是為了香氣,不加沒關係的
