Man he's ridden the crap out of both of them and only one tire replaced so far. I love your excellent review my friend and I think you convinced me to get him one. Wondering if the bolts and nuts are stainless steel or zinc plated? I like to use stainless steel instead of zinc. I agree with you on powder coating the rack to match the color of the bike.
I'd consider 12lbs plenty for 110cc bike. Most folks here in the US tend to not carry overly large items on these. It's a good option over the stock rack in my opinion.
