Erm, that part is either extra processed on purpose, or it is simply using studio magic on the tone. Vibrato was not involved, it was simply a sudden spike in pitch. Nerissa has a killer voice and can hit very high notes, but not in that progression.

In this case it sorta just shot up. I don't have audio software to take a closer look at it, but I would bet there is little to no curve when the pitch spikes.
