Magia is most defintiely one of my favorite piece of music from any anime series. This is also most definitely a perfect fit for someone like Nerissa. I know this is going to be banger/10 in my books.

The first was by a doujin music group called MelodicTaste. LeeAndLie’s EN cover of Magia was the second. This is the third.
One simply does not outperform Kalafina. It usually just doesn’t happen. So I applaud you, Nerri-chan.

Out of all the covers I've heard from Nerissa, this is the very tippy-top of the tower of impressiveness. Not just anyone can match those haunting vocals from Kalafina, especially as a solo vocal, holy hell that's good.

It's no casual feat to nail Kalafina's triple vocals, and do so in legitimate trickery-free takes (I hear those breaths between lines). And you transport the intended feeling of the song so well. The original's final chorus always gives me those chills - and your cover here really hits that same spot. And then my personal adoration for Madoka and this particular song - hnnng! Once I got past the PTSD from watching the series, I was able to appreciate this absolute GEM for what it is.
