After watching the last video I went down to my local park and hit some pitching wedges. Obviously didn't have someone holding a target , but by visualizing different intermediate targets , taking practice swings while looking at where that target would be in space then hitting the shot. It was amazing to feel the quality of the strikes and ball flights. The one I struggled with the most was the low target left of the target line but I'm sure that feel will happen. Ive always played throwing sports where you look at the target so this makes so much sense and the strike quality was instantly improved.
Yeah it is like a side arm crow hop throw!

What is the spikey mat for?
@grfgolf uses that as his ($30 pressure plate) increases awareness of how you use the pressure in your feet. FOR ME I don’t use my right side so I put it under my LEFT foot and hit balls feeling like and am staying off my left foot and hitting with right foot pressure. This would be terrible for 95% or players would get to the left side way too late.
