Sometimes it feels like when we’re trying to be confident, we’re forcing something that isn’t there with the intention of just covering up how uncomfortable we actually are. Being present just has an entirely different, slow and still energy behind it.
When you stop wanting/ needing the end results (trying to find your keys) and start creating while being present (making this video) then the desired end result will naturally show up in your reality (finding your keys just out in the open lol) great video ☺️✨

At first you were just confident that you would find your keys, but once you became present with the fact you couldn't find them and let the confidence go, only then could find them and clearly see where they were all along. Boom! Full circle with the message (😄I know that may be a reach).

facts bc every emotion that one creates is to be in the moment. bc one does not know how to be in the moment, one tries to be "confident" bc that is what you THINK being present is not KNOWING what present is.
So I work with kids creating programs from them to do after school and for the summer and I have many hats on at work I’m creating lessons for the staff I’m actually helping the staff do the lessons and nothing makes me more happy then seeing a kid and teenagers super engaged in an activity yesterday we did painting where I put up a picture and let them paint what they saw and the results was so fun and interesting to see for me that’s the best part of my job allowing creativity to just flow
I can relate to this. When I'm creating out of the pure desire to create, it's almost like meditation. It's more about the process than the outcome. When I'm creating for work or with a specific objective in mind, it doesn't flow as well.
You put it into words! YES everything is for attention, money or validation. I just want to create and have fun but when I was a child it was so much easier
Creating from a space of presence rather than confidence. What freedom there must be in that! Lightbulb moment for me. I want to feel the peace, the joy, the bliss of being, of creating and not the shame & embarrasment of lacking confidence. Authentic rather than 'on', than 'good enough', than 'useful'. I've been running & hiding so long, it's hard to imagine not being locked in a mental prison of my own making, but I'm holding tight to hope. Thank you for sharing this Joe and for creating this channel--Your courage inspires, your perception expands, your love & vulnerability heals!
I think confidence comes as a result of either knowing or an act. Usually when your experienced or if you have great knowledge about something youre naturally more confident about it, but confidence isnt something you can just get out of the blue.

Dude i agree with a 100%, i've been wrestling with this idea and i got to the bottom of it which if you are present & mindful and become attentive the world around you that way you enter flow state and look up info on flow state its a state where all fears, anxiety & insecurtiy drops = infinte confiedence P.s i haven't seen this video yet as soon as i saw the tittle i clicked and went straight to the comment section lol
Bro....sorry, out of all the "important" things you discussed in your video the keys disappearing and then reappearing completely grabbed my attention. They were obviously not there before! This is sooo wild bc when it happens to me it's so mystifying. And where do our socks go after we put them in the dryer?? It's always just 1 sock from a pair. Why?? Why not both?? LOL!! It's so incredibly interesting!
