Hi, thanks for the video. I have a T-Cross but when I connect my smartphone to the USB nothing happens. Maybe, is my USB entrance not working ? I don't know, because it still charge my smartphone. I've tried more than 1 smartphone and cable. Could u help me pls ?

Hi Carolini, not sure what is the problem. If you already try a different cable and smartphone it may be a setting in multimedia system or something ....wish I can help you

Bought new Caddy with similar device. Had to pay 250€ for "App connection" optiion. Now I'm dissapointed because Android auto works just over UsbC cable. I thougt that cable would be needed only for first pairing.
