@@queuedjar4578 I don't think he is rly a bad va but the casting and directions for his voice were awful. He should not have been chosen to play kiryu but since people rn make Asians do asian character (makes no sense since they literally just cherry pick when they want to do it lol) the VOICE ACTING is not that important anymore when the voice is literally the most important tool of the va.

When Ichiban and her have that talk on the beach, his performance compared to her's is night and day, in that respective event Yong is better as Kiryu. It's like they dragged some random woman off the street to dub Akane.
Kuroda could just train an AI and use that to augment an English VA, it’s how “There I ruined it” does his music ripoffs, he sings it and uses AI to overlay the voice print of someone famous/dead.
