This is my translation from Japanese to English in purpose of educating the Western audience of Takaya Kuroda and Hidenari Ugaki making friendship bracelets sometime between Yakuza 4 and 5.

Even in highschool, Kiryu couldnt escape from majima.
Knowing that they were besties from high-school makes me imagine how much fun it would be for them to record lines for Yakuza, like Kiryu annoyed at seeing Majima everywhere or Goro with the classic "Kiryu-chan!"
It is now my headcanon that they liked to laugh every time they heard the other do voicelines for the karaokes
Its crazy how much Kuroda sounds like a slightly higher pitched Kiryu. Most VAs put on a voice that matches the character and have wide ranges and tones. Nope, Kuroda just sounds like that normally lol
