it's possible with Brodi, who I think has the worst jump, but it's way easier with Mac/Kaori. I don't think it's realistic to pull it off with any non-Alpine board though
Is there even a wormhole on Garibaldi? I think Garibaldi and Snowdream are the only tracks I’ve never seen have a wormhole. If I remember I think Pipedream is possible but difficult to do.
there's like 30+ in Gari, and 2-4 in SD, PD has like 10. none of them are beneficial in race mode compared to speeding down the track more or less as intended, so you'd only ever see them on occasion from casual play or a compilation of all known wormholes (one was made back in 2018(?) but is a little dated)

yes it has fewer tricks, but being able to pull a holy crail air and all that other stuff is useless for our purposes here. it's perfectly fine to play either GC or PS2 control-wise. Xbox has some weird stuff though as for why everyone plays on GC, I think it's because I use it. my videos are typically the most popular ones uploaded nowadays, so the people who get into the competitive side of these games may be inclined to follow what I do. I guess it's also possible that others have grown up with the GC version. for example, see AverageTrey - specifically his alt "Below AverageTrey" - where he played every official speedrun level recently, also on GC because he grew up with that version just like I did

all finish lines in this game have a huge range for some reason. Garibaldi is the only one we use like that tho
