Bronco II quarter panel replacement & fabricating new wheel wells. DIY Rust repair & metal.

- The first few videos of this series were focused on getting the Bronco II running and driving well. Then we turned our attention to the nasty interior. Plagued with water leaks and years of crud, once the carpet started sprouting mushrooms it was time to get serious.
The interior was previously removed, cleaned and painted. Now the fun really begins as it starts coming back together.
Before we could put the interior back together, we need to cut off the rusty quarter panels and fabricated some patch panels in the inner wheel wells.
A lot of hard work is paying off, as we are making big steps towards getting this Bronco back on the road and getting the attention it deserves.
Reposting this video, after I accidentally deleted it.
Whew. I thought you fucked up the new fender and were cutting it off again.
Thought I was loosing my mind. Keep them coming, love the content.
Do you know how much effort it takes to thumbs up this video again?
how 😭
Just another reason to watch again. Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep it simple. Love the entertainment.
Josh I think if you stick with it your channel will explode. Love your show!
Throw some round stock in that gap and then weld and grind it down. Works like a charm
One of the few videos that are out there that’s actually enjoyable to watch twice… Nice work
I thought I was losing my mind.
Who cares how much time and money you spent on a $500 truck. As long as you're happy with the end result. Coming along nicely. The rear seat back carpet can always be dyed. Although it tends to make it a little stiff like hair spray.
Dude did you not post this video awhile back, or am I loosing my mind.
Just what you need, a couple of supervisors while you are trying to work, lol.👍
What a great project. You’re my hero for restoring this to a whole new life + the Ranger project. These cars are about to be lost to history. I’d enjoy seeing you do a T-bird Turbo Coupe or even a Taurus SHO. Or just a T-bird or Taurus.
So does that mean I have to (get to) accidentally rewatch it? Oookaaay.
Thought I was having deja vu
Outstanding work my man. !!!!
Love the vids … for making holes for spot welds we use a air punch /flange tool …this tool saves a lot of time HF even has them ..I love it
I know this is a long shot… but do you remember if the part where the quarter mounts to the structural part is flush / level ? It would be right below the tail light… I’m trying to re construct the place the replacement quarter panel would spot weld to? If you have a email I could send a picture of the place if that helps
These videos have really helped me with my bronco II:) thanks

ah ok its a reupload, phew.
I'll still rewatch it anyway to give you the views/likes
You're real close to 10k subs!!! soon!!
I already watched this one but imma let it play in the back ground for... statistics. lol
I’m in the middle of replacing rocker panels on an NB Miata. I feel your pain. I wish I would have watched you index the holes before using the spot weld remover tool. I used it without pre drilling and it lasted about 3 welds. By chance have you already used the harbor freight spot welder? I’m interested to see how that works for you in tight spots like along the top of the wheel arch and what the overall quality of the tool is. Harbor freight is pretty hit and miss.
The quarter panel is a 3/4 panel, a whole quarter actually runs to the roof line.. Nice video though..
Like and comment for the algo.
He's cat scanning it...
Yeah re run. See this one. Like i said. You should put some of that jute sound deadener on inside of tge fenders before you put the panels back on.
What did u use on the areas behind the quarter that had adhesive
Do you still have the B2? Wondering how the paint turned out.
Thanksgiving rerun
