    Do NOT peel skin off yr PUMPKIN! Roast it with skin on eh and top with some butter or olive oil until roasted - yeah I don’t like pumpkin - don’t eat it - never had it but yeah even if you use the inside for soup - still cook with skin on - there is a huge difference in taste I’ve heard.

      I absolutely loved your comment. Thank you for telling me. I had heard to keep the skin off, and would if it wasn't for the gnocchies. For anything else, I would leave it for sure. 😅👌
