Why You Need To Start Documenting Your Life (YOUR WAY) and how.
Documenting your life doesn’t have to be perfect or curated. In this video, I share why it’s important to capture your story-through journaling, photos, videos, or any way that feels right for you. Your memories, growth, and small moments matter more than you realize. Start documenting today-it’s for you, not for anyone else.

Thank u for that motivation ✨️💜 happy new year
I clicked on this video because I always enjoy listening to your wisdom❤️
Aww ! That is very kind of you to say. Thank you very very much 😊🙏
It is in giving, that we receive. Wishing you a very happy, prosperous and safe new year, and beyond.. Your skin is looking much healthier. Thankyou !
Hello 🌞 thank you very much!! I'm so glad to hear. It has been better here, not being so exposed to UV rays. Happy new year to you too. 🙏
a point to consider with regards to daylight duration, is that yes the days are longer during the summer months in France than in Australia, however the daylight duration is actually shorter in France during winter than most parts of Australia
Thank you, I do agree with you. I was speaking from the Heart on the spot. It wasn't planned. I happened to be there in summer 😊
This is such a mood to end the year with, like why do we even bother anymore. Our generation is done for 💀
Absolutely 💯 enough is enough
Ive been going thru the same shit, i cant even get fast food restaurants to give me an interview! And i feel like im bothering people when im constantly calling and following up. Its insane that all these companies post job ads but you cant even get one of those jobs. Its frustrating
I completely relate... it's so ridiculous. The most absurd is when they don't give you a chance but keep uploading the ad because they can't find anyone. Litereally taking a p*** at us
"So, surely, with hardship comes ease. Surely, with hardship comes ease." [Al-Quran, 94:5-6] ♡
Thank you, let's hope 🙏🙏
I relate to this, thanks, you're not alone. I'm going to start a new chapter but it is taking longer than I'd like. Never give up.
👋 thank you very much for this. I'm sorry your journey has been long as well. What is meant to happen will happen. 🙏🙏
Its so frustrating how people arent willing to give others a chance based on an assumption they made. but its their loss at the end of the day. whats written will come for you at the right time and im happy to see that your still being positive and having an overall good mindset about it. Also I randomly stumbled across your video but i wish you the best in life and soon you WILL find a job that's perfect for you❤❤
Hello 😊 you are absolutely right, it's their loss. I'm very grateful for your kind words. I'm happy you were able to see my positive mindset through. I can only hope you what you have predict will happen ❤️🙏
Yes you will succeed😘
That's very kind of you to say. Thank you 🙏
What can we say, but feel your pain. 🙏
Thank you... 😔🙏
I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling but I’m glad you felt comfortable to share. Life can be very hard at times. Keep going, keep trying and keep applying. Eventually an amazing opportunity will come to you and I really hope that it comes to you soon.
Thank you so so much for your support and cheering words. I will. I promise. 🙏🙏 I'm very grateful.
Why did you leave Sydney??
Unfortunately, different reasons. Some personal, and some, purely administrative... I left Sydney 3 years ago to move to the Gold Coast and now live in France.
@@HELENAMNR. Ok, I hope you come back in the future. I think you are a strong woman - I would say just keep GOING
Helena ... I understand that you are feeling a little deflated but you have a lot going for you. You have a great personality and I am certain you will kick some goals soon. Come back to Oz ... we're more than happy to welcome you. Stay safe ... try and enjoy Chrissy ... and get your butt back to Oz. Warmest regards and Merry Christmas.
I am so grateful for your kind words. Thank you very much. I love Australia. It'll be in my heart forever. Unfortunately the decision isn't always up to us. I will always feel a little Aussie. 🙏
I also wish you a beautiful end of the year. Thank you for spreading kindness.
@@HELENAMNR. … I understand. Circumstances and opportunities can greatly play a huge part in our lives. A sincere good luck and keep posting. 😎🇦🇺🇫🇷
It's so hard these days. I'm 70. I was diagnosed with depression at 47, it was a life saver. You may need them too? Lots of love, it's so hard to keep your spirits up. It's ok to cry and to vent. Wish and hope things will get better.
Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience. It must have been very difficult for you to have been diagnosed with depression. I hope you are now well and happy. 🙏
I write down all the things that I want to buy, I put them on a project board and look at them. I then select what I really should be spending my money on. That board is there all the time, I look at it again and again; what do I really want? You are great to listen to, we need to talk about this, think about this.
Thank you so much for sharing. That is such a great way to picture your goal everyday and make it look more realistic. I'm sure it must have helped you a lot (at least, I really hope so). I'm sure it will give the idea to more than one person out there to try this. Thank you 🙏
Bravo👏👏👏👏 brilliantly articulated 👍 I’ve always lived within my means, and I’ve never been rich in money- but I’ve had many many experiences! You are a wonderfully wise young woman 😘
I couldn't be more grateful to get such kind words as feedback. Thank you for sharing your point of view, and thank you for taking the time to watch. I'm very touched 🙏🥰
Your braking the first rule of fight club
Love that you have the reference, I was waiting for it 👍😌
I lived and studied in France, not in Paris, but in Aix, and I still miss it enormously, France, not Paris. Architecturally Paris is absolutely stunning. By contrast here in Japan, except for the people and nature, nearly everything is painted beige and is so ugly. Nothing outside of the cities are maintained as they have abandoned any sense of visual pride. It breaks my heart to see such litter on the roadside and weeds growing all over the highways and roads. I so much want to return to rural France, that’s what real beauty looks like!
Thank you so much for sharing these insights ! I do agree, absolutely love AIX ! I love the French country side, and the villages. There's so much beauty between lakes, rivers, mountains, hills, vineyards. I love the architecture in the Toulouse, Nice and Normandy. I do love Paris though, it is a stunner. It's sad to hear this about Japan, I had no idea about it. It's just a bucket list destination for me 🙏😍. Thank you again for sharing. I hope you'll be back soon!
The hair the… . , , , , , , But💅 And the , , , , , , The but hair🥴🤢
👍 You do you. We don't have to fit into others expectations. Bravo!
Absolutely. Thank you very much 🙏🙏
I was in Paris in 1999, those rooves! The history, the, climate, the accents, the art, amazing. I've been to a lot of places but still think Paris is the most beautiful.
I'm so glad you enjoyed your time there. It is such a beautiful city.. absolutely love it as well. The charm, the night atmosphere. It is something else. Thank you sharing 🙏😊
Wait the rock played as mowi
Totally agree!! In general they are really individualistic. And i believe you feel more because came from a culture were friendship is more valuable than here. I asked inmigrants for more than 5 years here no one has australian friends. They choose latins euro.
Thank you for sharing your insight on this. I have to admit that I never realised I wasn't the only one feeling like this. But as I am in Europe now, I'll be able to see the difference, living and working, being an adult in my country. Who knows, I might encounter similarities..
You're a beautiful young woman. So glad you're here ❤😊
That is such a kind thing to say. Thank you very much 🙏❤️
You are gorgeous! I love your authenticity and your humour. No wonder you fit in so well here in Aus! I bought SO many of the same things on Temu. You looked lovely in the crop tops. Even the pink vest, lol. I'm really enjoying your videos. Thanks lovely 😊
I appreciate this message so much 🙏 thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to let me know. (Ahaha the pink vest that I ended up keeping because it was too good to return). I couldn't be happier to have made you smile. Thank you again. 🫶
Temp has a very bad ethics record. Plus their clothing has a lot of toxins and very short wear life.
Thank you for letting me know. I have recorded this 4 months ago now. The clothes are still amazing so far. I'm very conscious of my consumption though and will always privilege thrifting 😊
@ thank you for not being super offended 😘

I don't know who you've been getting your information from about alcohol, but I think you need to find a far more accurate source.
Thank you for your feedback. It was what I believed to be accurate and I have since heard different things as well. 👍
It’s heartening to know it’s safe here
Well, at least that's always how I felt.. I hope it will remain that way 🙏
This was so much fun to watch 😂 thank you so much ❤️ we are thinking of hosting a French student next year. No butter on the bread and chip sandwich 😋
Thank you so much! I'm very glad you had a good time watching the video 🙏😂 although, NO BUTTER ON THE BREAD?? pleeease ahaha
@@HELENAMNR. when I was a kid we used to buy a plan roll and a bag of chips from the canteen at school, pull the middle out of the roll and stuff it with chips mmmmm the best 👌 😁
Noone should be eating after 9pm lol..
😅🙏
Great video. Paris looks so ugly to me, similar to Australia's old cities but with no trees, grass or natural beauty. ☕️😎🦘
Wages, Rents are quoted "weekly", but paid/payable EVERY 2 WEEKS.
The reason .. for lack of choice in grocery stores is that just 2 control a whopping 65 % ... yes .. 65% of the grocery market. Coles & Woolies. Add in the recent arrival of ALDI with its own ( unique) brands and even LESS SELECTION, our market Duopoly is highly unfairly corrupt.
I suffered for my 3 months in France. Had it not been for the museums and Art Galleries and the castles I would have slashed my wrists , and by the end I was screaming just for a Big mac. The food apart from pastries, cheese and bread was second rate. Beef was absolute rubbish , The sea food was well, the fish tasted like it was caught in the seine sewer or had been washed up dead on a beach in Normandy .Good coffee was non existant and apart from being ripped off by the hotel for moving a bottle in the fridge I was about to hang myself for a decent park.Sure there were plenty, but if you like gravel and stones they were nice accept for the Bois de Boulogne which had grass but unfortunately I could not linger there when the sun set as I was warned I would get mugged or raped. Now Paris is so sad it has degenerated into a black hawkers paradise, just horrible , being assaulted on the streets by scam teams from Morocco and Africa . Crowds have gotton really bad in paris , long lines, pushing and shoving , I'm over it. Did I mention the beaches in Paris and the harbour in Marseilles ? No, definitely , not even close to my backyard above ground and getting food or a coffee before 8Am was ridiculous , do they sleep in till midday in Paris ? No wonder they open till late , but hey , not every where , The main super market complex in La defense was closed at 6pm and the area was only occupied by soldiers walking around with sub machine guns , I felt my life was in danger and I should head back to the hotel pronto before I was shot or blown up by a terrorist bomb. Oh and the arrogance was unbelievable, a taxi driver telling me if I don't talk to him in French he would not talk to me in English wow!!! I learnt quickly to start off every conversation in French full well knowing I would not get a word of English out of those pieces of dog shite , even though they all knew how to speak English.
The main thing you will be asked for in Australia is directions.
Most Australian cities had beautiful ornate 19th century architecture in the city or town centres; take a look at old photos of St Georges Terrace Perth. All demolished now, replaced by hideous brutalist buildings & glass sky scrapers.
What a delightful young lady. Come back. We miss you. Our loss. My favourite city is Paris. I just love it. I'm ashamed of Melbourne, with graffiti filth beautiful buildings pulled down. It was embarrassing being world's liveable city. No one in Melbourne agreed. Loved your video brought back lovely memories. Thankyou
This was such a kind message. Thank you so much! I'm very touched. I'm glad you enjoyed the video and was able to re live some past memories. I haven't seen enough of Melbourne to be able to talk about it, but I loved the region. I miss Australia too..
Beautiful. We are from Australia and we went to France as part of a European trip. It was beautiful, I didn't even see the rubbish. We found all of the French people we met to be very friendly. Thanks for sharing your POV of returning to France from Australia. Very interesting.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and your thoughts on the subject. It really does make me happy hearing you have had a positive experience in my home country. 🙏😊
Grate video my wife &i visited pairs twice, we lovec it. But I realy loved your honest option I have though of visiting francs again but it is hard when you are alone & not shareing witn tbe o e yoh loved
Excellent video. Thanks.
They're friendly, but sadly unless you went to high school with them it's extremely hard to develop anything deep - for australians that seems to be the cut-off for close friendships, everything beyond is going to be largely very shallow and likely quite transactional.
THANK YOU ❤❤❤
Very good guide. Just one correction. Sydney doesn't have a one price travel card but you pay maximum A$18.70/€11.30/US$12 Mon-Thu and A$9.35/€5.65/US$6 Fri/Sat/Sun/Public Holidays. All with tap on Opal Card or Smartphone. Maximum per week is A$50/$US32/€30, after that all travel is free. Paris Metro pass per day is €13.55 per day, €30 per week which only covers 5 zones. Sydney is definitely cheaper when you take into account the variety of transport and distances you can travel. Sydney's transport area is vast, 530km x 200km. There are countries smaller than that. Imagine going 530km for A$9.35/€5.65/US$6 anywhere else. For the distances you travel I think Sydney is very cheap with enormous amount of choice, Trains, Metro, Trams, Ferries, Buses, at call Buses, electric scooters and cycles and the usual Uber etc.
it is overcrowded ...too many people and they all want to live in one of in one of the capital cities ....and the infrastructure is not keeping up with the number of people they bringing in... simple as that
