Today I passed my GED. It was definitely a journey but the important thing is I did it. I hope you enjoy this video. Below I will list the book I used. Thanks for all that support me.

The overwhelming feeling when I passed the math was indescribable. I just finished my test and passed it with a 156, I have struggled all my life. I tried getting my GED diploma several times but maths until I ended up getting it online for $500 I’m ashamed to say lol used it for my nursing program

I’m really inspired by your vlog. I looked up some to get motivation. & you seriously are doing that for me. I will prob watch your vlog a few times before I take my math test for the 5th time… I passed all my subjects first try but math I failed it 4 times.. I feel really embarrassed by saying that. But just being genuine. Because you were so genuine in your video it truly motivated me. Please say a prayer I pass this time! My first score was 144, then I got a 141, then I got a 143, then I got a 140. So I’m right there. Just truly trying my best in Jesus name to study and retain information. I will take the test in two weeks! 😅

I’m in the same exact boat as you... wow this is so inspirational because I have been struggling to pass my ged math and I already passed all the other tests but the math I have already taken it twice and sometimes I feel so unmotivated or discouraged to continue to pass my test but I honestly set this goal for myself to pass it and I really want to accomplish that for my future thank you for coming on here and sharing that I really needed that inspiration I’m about to take my test again soon and third times a charm 😊😊 congrats girl!! Congratulations sistah! I got my G.E.D a year & a half after I dropped out of high school @ 19yrs old. I got it a month before 9/11. Not to sound cruel but what motivated me to get it was the fact that some people in my G.E.D class had gray hairs. I told myself there's no way I'm gonna wait that long to get this thing. I found out on FB that there are a lot of people out there who don't have their G.E.D & that's unfortunate. Hopefully you can inspire some of those who have yet to get theirs.

What is the main thing on the test the needs to be studied?
You motivate me a lot. It seems very hard to me. . I don’t have a job I will be paying from my small save money. I am 19 I want to start college ASAP but what I failed i will be too late for my college. I am bad at English Idek how to write an essay.just getting more nervous day by day.
I just want to tell you that you are capable. Some of us just have to study a little bit harder & that doesn’t mean we won’t have trials & errors . It simply means we are acknowledging them & we continue to work a bit harder. The more you study the better you get at something. I hope this helps. Your still young so trust yourself. I wanted to add that sometimes schools in your area will help with paying for the test as long as you take the classes. I think you should check into it at your local schools.

Hi, I have a question to u did u do US Constitution test after ur GED test? I have passed all my GED subjects and its asking me to do US Constitution test to get my GED certificate, is it compulsory to do? I live in Illinois.
I haven’t done the US constitution but I can do a video on it.

Congratulations!!! What a great achievement. Where did you go to study for your RLA essay? I am trying to get help for the essay part. I find It to be exhausting.
Thank you. I took ged classes in my area I got workbooks from those classes . I also used Barron’s GED book which has questions & answers & it explains it in depth. Any GED book is good. You should be able to check one out from your local library. Wishing you greatness.
Mzkelly you inspire me. I am 50 and doing my GED . I have my diploma from my country but i have to get one from here. It is hard but i will get there. I didn't know i could take them 1 by 1. I think i am gonna get Language out of the way first.

Is the test the same evwrytime you retake or do they change it?
They change the test up when you retake it but sometimes some of the questions are repeated.
Was science part hard for you or just the math?
Math was difficult for me ; I took it 3xs. As for the science I passed my first time so I would definitely say that it was math that was hard.

I took my test online at testing facility. Check with your state to see who they use. I did mine through Pearson

I took the math twice
Focus on your weaknesses when taking the test. I took the math (3) times & passed after the 2nd time so I would suggest reading how the ged scored you & work on what you failed. Studying, practicing helps.
