My exhaust system sounds just like this and all I did was take the cap off of the muffler, I guess this is an old video,these 49 cc 4 stroke kits sell for around $200 on eBay and alot of them come with a belt drive and it is faster than my 2 stroke bike and fly's up the hills,I'm done with the 2 stroke engines and getting all 49 cc 4 strokes with the belt drives!!!
Nice basic motor build. Very Clean. Personally, I would swap that fuel filter around the other way - but as we all can see, it ran this way round as well! The kits from China do not come with a direction arrow. Sometimes, an upside-down fuel filter means the engine will miss at high speeds, you will see air in the fuel line and the filter itself. Putting it the "right" way round (with the flat part down) insures the fuel lines stays full of fuel. Just IMO...
I thought I recognized the "every neighborhood looks the same" Federal Way. Those neighborhoods are so easy to get lost in...bike looked great! Hope you got what you were asking.

In Washington state there are no top speed or displacement limitations that would make vehicle not a moped, that is to say, if it is motorized, it's a moped.

4strokes have oil in the crank case and never enters the combustion camber, there are 4 piston strokes in a combustion cycle the 4stroke also has alot more moving parts valves, chain, pushrods cam ect. a 2 stroke uses oil in the gas to lube the motor and has 2 piston strokes per combustion cycle, there are ports in the cylinder wall the piston acts as a valve it self. CC to CC power wise a 2 stroke will always make more power but may not be as reliable.
where did u get the front mount the 1 i got is to small and wont fit the front part of my frame i dont want to bend it if i dont have to let me know where u got it from thanks

Seems to easy to run out of fuel in no time due to lake of fueling space. Pedaling can have its problems too my friend. I wish I had a good Honda engine, that does sound pretty fun!

They are not street legal in Washington State in the USA either.It's considered a non license able motor vehicle as it doesn't have DOT approved tires and other needed requirements.One can have a street legal under 30 mph .49 cc Moped or Scooter though.He can ride this off road though but not on public trails either.Only the street legal electric motorized bicycles are allowed now in my state on streets,roads and highways if they comply with maximum motor wattage and maximum speed requirements.

instead of duct tape use that heating duct/pipe tape, its shiny like chrome and is great for heat and sticks as well as duct tape

Nice motorbike and it is street legal. Any engine larger than 50cc is illegal in the US.
