    Thanks Cindy, first time we have had no snow for christmas, the old timers say this has never happened before, (I’m not complaining!) but it will with a vengeance I’m sure down the road. So, I will start now doing this video now.😊❤

    Hi Cindy Thanks for those stretches, will they also help with pain and tightness in Achilles tendon or do you have some additional suggestions for that?

    Such an unusual title for a video & yet soooo helpful! I imagine doing these exercises for your legs/feet several times a week would be great even if you -don't get cramps. Gonna try to incorporate these into my weekly routine. Thanks for sharing this with us -

    suggest doing your bed exercises standing next to a steady chair with a pillow on the seat
