This is awesome. Just one critic, i would give him a 15lb bow, really looks like he's fighting the bow. I guess you guys teach yourselves how to shoot idk, i did at first then did a course. I obviously don't need to tell you it's all in the shoulders and back, but it looked like he was using his arm muscles especially on the compound, he yanked that thing back so hard lol. Form is everything in archery, i learned that the hard way using a 60lb bow as a practice bow, burst blood vessels on my pull arm, was using my arm muscles not my shoulder or back, and stance was completely wrong. I still use a 45lb samick because i still feel I'm working on my form. But then I'm coming from a Olympic style shooting, because unfortunately our government won't allow us to sustain ourselves and eat good healthy meat. But still it's great to see youngens get into what i call a sport, i guess for you guys it's more a lifestyle with abit of sport added as hunting can be considered a sport. And that first bow is excacly like a samick, just a smaller hand grip. But good stuff, he'll get the hang of it and be bringing his grandad some nice cooking meat to the table. But still put him on a 15lb, let him find his form instead of fighting the bow. Much peace and love to ya'll.
Lol it’s actually about as light as it can go, he’s just never drawn a compound with a release and never used those muscles but he has no problem with the recurve 👍🏻
I wish they made this exact riser design in an adult size :D I jsut love the design of it. I might just grab one of these anyways... Can shoot it from a couch :D
I see they go down to 10# for the 48" model. Do you think that they would sell replacement limbs for this bow once a kid grows out of it. Wondering if my 4 year old could shoot it and then swap limbs later on.
Jeff I have a question. What arrows will be the best. Black hunter recurve 60" 25lbs. Son is 12 years old and intermediate. His draw is about 23". Only for 3D shooting. Greetings from Poland and God bless you.
Not if you buy a Sanlida Hermit 10 ILF! They’re miles ahead of anything seriously and mine has become an absolute favorite and the quality is unbelievable! Here is the link where you can buy them direct and get it quick for $299 www.sanlidaoutdoor.com/web/?invite=15192
I would recommend you watch Olympian archer Jake Kaminskis UA-cam on what Sanlida did to him before jumping on their band wagon. Just saying cause I really like what you do Jeff.

Ok that's cool, didn't know 25 was the lightest. But he did well, good on him. He'll make a great archer for sure 🙏👍🏻

Do you know of any good but cheaper left handed youth compounds ?

Not sure but as cheap as they are I’d just go up to the 54” later on👍🏻
Absolutely brilliant to see manufacturers catering so well for the up and coming youth!! Having you as a Grandfather is a bonus, Jeff!🎯
Is there a way I can send PM
Thanks Ken

Probably an 800 spine, the best deals on arrows for him are the Linkboy on Amazon they are really good and inexpensive!
Everything you bring us Jeff, is exciting 😁
Thanks!
Hello I have a question I’m interested in buying a ilf setup from China would it be a mistake on my part? Or should I?
