I have pex in attic. Cheap copper pipes in slab began leaking. Years ago plumber went up into attic from water line coming in and replaced every pipe with pex in house coming down to every area. Last december rats ate through one pipe. I had to turn water off and wait for plumber for 3 days. In 3 days time they ate through 90% of my pex in the attic. He repaired all of it on Dec 31
Steve, I’m a plumber out here in Good ol California🙄. I don’t understand why you guys out east don’t just solder on male adapters and use FIP angle stops? Is it job security or related to pipes freezing?
