We run from the West Coast of Jylland when the sun set. And run east and arive on the east coast when the sun rise. If you ever want to do it. Then hit me op. I know the man behind it 🫡
Hi Goran, I've been enjoying and benefitting from your videos and channel. Speaking of fueling (and running in general), have you ever read Bernd Heinrich's "Why We Run"? He was an ultrarunner and biologist and the book is all about exercise physiology, science, diet comparing between animals and humans. I'd recommend it!
Honestly these people who need energy gels to get you through less than a marathon, you don’t need it you don’t even need it for a marathon let alone 19miles, joke
Firstly gels, are not some magic pill, it's just a food source. Secondly if he's preparing for an ultra then he needs to be eating gels in his training runs. Gets his body used to what he will consume during the ultra. Take 1 second to think before speaking, child.
