3500원이라는 가격에 수제 모듬순대를 맛볼수 있는곳입니다
이곳에서 직접 생산하고 납품하는곳이기 때문에 가격이 저렴하구요
국밥충인 저에게 3500원이란 가격에서는 최고의 가성비와 퀄리티를 보여준 집이었습니다
평소 순대 내장을 좋아하는데,
보통 납품받는곳은 내장이 원가가 더 비싸기 때문에 순대를 더 많이 주는데요
이집은 직접 가져와서 만들기 때문에 오히려 내장 원가가 더 싸다고 합니다
또한 돼지 자체를 냉장 시키기 않고 바로 만든다고 해요
급으로 보면 아바이순대와 일반순대의 중간급정도 된다고 합니다
확실히 분식집 순대보다 훨씬 맛있었습니다 :)

Vietnamese have similar blood sausage like this, but we use mainly blood with a little spring onions and herbs. It was eaten with liver and other organs too. Looking at this big machine makes me so jealous. They make it so quick, organised, hot and spicy. Yumyum.

Ai ăn rồi có thể cho em biết cảm nhận rằng là : món này có ngon hơn dồi lợn của việt nam không ạ ❣️ nhìn cách làm chuyên nghiệp , món ăn bày hiện khá hấp dẫn , nhưng nguyên liệu để làm nhân thì khá bth , nên không biết có ngon hơn dồi lợn dc trộn nhiều nguyên liệu có cả rau thơm của việt nam hay không ?
Những ngưòi khác thì mình ko biết. Nhưng theo cảm nhận của mình( ở bên Hàn Quốc 5 năm) thì mình thấy món này rất ngon, rất dễ ăn và đại đa số người việt bên đó rất thích món này bạn à.
Mỗi nước có nguyên liệu và hương vị khác nhau nhưng nhưng chung mình thấy cả 2 loại đều ngon bạn à. Bây giờ ăn quen dồi của HQ thì mình lại thích nó hơn là dồi của VN bạn à. Vì nó dai dai ăn rất thích. HiHiHi
