Thanks for showing this new and different angle of the dramatic scuttling of the Stellar Banner. (I wish the video coveyed the actual sounds of the sinking rather than music.) Gosh, when the ship finally sank, it certainly sank fast.
How can you infer that without seeing what sank that ship? Bow thrusters are only any use when you are manoeuvring at speeds of less than about 3 knots. This looks like a collision at higher speeds than that.
@@jimlepeu577 bow thrusters are everywhere, if you find their nests you need to report it to the appropriate authorities so they can destroy and dispose of them without causing any unnecessary damage!
This would be a perfect video to use in an animation that would reveal this carrier ship is being pulverized and pulled down by an other worldly Kraken. ⛴🦑grrrrrrr
Bulk iron ore carrier MV Stellar Banner being scuttled after running aground.

Look up Sinking ship, VLOC Stellar Banner scuttled HD on UA-cam. Lots of wind noise in the audio, but you clearly hear the ship as she goes down.
It’s sad for the ship it’s served us for a long time only to get betrayed by us when it’s ran aground and sunk.
Surprised they didn’t take it to be scrapped.
If they managed to move it to deeper water I’m sure they could have moved it to get scrapped
So sad! God Bless her steel soul!
Can you imagine how fast it was moving when it hit bottom?
Not sure about this one but they estimated that the Bismarck hit the sea floor at 80 knots....
FUCKIN MUSIC....
Cut the music!
Another illegal ship-sinking to avoid fees.
RIP!!!
This is the fault of relying on bow thrusters, because you can’t handle a vessel without them, making you not fit to be near any water!

@@flyingfox10001 Bwahahahaha 👍
Let’s ruin a good video by adding stupid music
Is that OIL spewing out?
Totally wrong color. Looks more like a powdery sort of cargo like fertiliser or something like that.
Probably rust
That's a bulk carrier, you're seeing the hatch covers blowing off each hold, and the contents being ejected by inrushing water.
My guess is that its rust she carried iron ore.
Meg got it
