Felicitari, explici foarte bine si pe intelesul tuturor. Mai mult, modul in care faci videoclipurile este unul foarte profesional si bine pus la punct. M-am abonat si te respect! Cheers! :D
You are a genius. Your channel was a surprise with me. I was looking for a channel about scalar wave machine (катучка мишина тесла), And then I found your channel. Congratulations with this project. I would like that you started in a little video how to build an stronger tesla coil, step by step. Thank you.
I didn't think those things would work that well... Sad that people make videos and lie to their viewers.. Thanks for the truth. Can't wait to see part 2!
Well done. Proiect interesant. Sa vina si partea a2-a.
I hve the same chilli bin with peltier. I got mine down to 4 degrees C with a better top fan. Now I am going to fit a 140 watt cooling peltier with water cooling radiator. Hopefull turn it into an ice box. Expecting at least -4

HI. Just found your channel and subbed instantly as this is exactly what I am trying to build for my camper van. Do you have a parts list and schematic that I can download please? Great video. Also enjoyed the fact that you showed mistakes as it is part of the learning process. Thanks.
hello. I added a list of the components that you can buy online. I bought the rest of the components from a local hardware store and some of the components were recovered, e.g the CPU coolers. I will make the schematic soon.
7:32 can i use a flat coil roofing aluminium sheet with a 0.45 thickness Because i dont think our home freezer has that kind of thick insulation aluminium that's up to 3mm
refrigerators and freezers have an evaporator with a lot of cold pipes that covers a large surface of the cold panels, some of them have the cold pipes directly inside the fridge. a peltier module has a very small contact surface, compared to the entire fridge, so to conduct the cold temperature to the entire internal radiator, the aluminum panels need to be thicker, otherwise it will be cold only near the peltier contact surface.
hi. I will not install a fan inside the fridge. the cold radiator has a big surface, it covers 3 of the 6 sides inside the fridge. there is no need for a fan. the air will get cold, it will go down, warm air will go up, there will be an automatic circuit of air, until all the air is cold.
Hi we are making a fridge like this for our senior project and we are adding wheels Handel and solar panel on it. What are the heat calculations for your fridge if you have any? also what is your opinion on our project? do you think that us adding innovations like this to the fridge will further improve it? And finally do you think it´ll be possible to add a solar panel to it?
hi. I don't have the heat calculations, because I improvised with what I could find at home. it's important to use the 12703 peltier units. if you want to add solar panel, it's very difficult. because you need a solar panel that could output minimum 12V and 6A for a few hours a day. this means that the panel's peak power should be double, so you need a solar panel with a peak power of 144W, or even more powerful. if you make the fridge bigger, you need more peltier modules, so even more power...
@@Sorin_DIY thank you! also what is your opinion on our project? do you think that us adding innovations like this to the fridge will further improve it?
yes. but you need to calculate everything carefully. it will also help if you give it an even thicker thermal insulation, probably 2cm of extruded polystyrene will be better.
So, I'm kinda stupid and couldn't be sure my watt-hour calculations were right. Do you have any idea of how much the mini-fridge will consume per hour?
hi. most of the time both of the Peltier modules will be powered, in this time it will use 6A - about 75% of the time. and when the temperature goes low enough, one of the peltier modules will be switched off - about 25% of the time, so it will use 3A. the average is 5.25A. 12V*5.25A=63W from the power supply. But the PSU doesn't have a 100% efficiency, most will have 80% or more. so 63W/0.8eff=78.75W from the mains. the anual consumption will be 78.75W*24h*365d=690KWh. so it's very inefficient :))
I suggest you use the 3A peltier module. it's using less current -> it will create less heat -> the cooling will be better -> the module will be more efficient.
@@Sorin_DIY Arms Dealer - Anno Domini Beats, this is what I need, thanks. Btw, I think you should make more peltier videos, many people are interested in peltier air cooler, water chiller etc. Thanks for the music.
salut. am vandut seatul. momentan fac videoclipuri pe canalul acesta. posibil pe viitor sa ma intorc si la celalalt canal cu noua masina (care e tot SH :) )
yes, but it's more difficult to work with the 8mm aluminum plate. and the 12706 peltier module is using more current and it's producing more heat. if you don't give it an adequate cooling solution, it will not be very efficient on the cold side.
I was thinking about a propane fridge modified to work with induction coil that instead of an open flame works with 5V or 12v inductor coil making it more efficient secure and portable but i am unable to make such device because my economy is not letting me ( a jobless man living in a banana country can't do much ) , the other thing i want to build is HHO stove with a PC Power Supply Unit because ( 12 volts 13amps are enough ) for Electrolysis with stainless steel electrodes and Sodium bicarbonate in water ( will not corrode electrodes ) and who better to do those than you to make the projects in video for all of us. I have more ideas of cool devices that i can't make all 5v or 12v appliances for home to go off-grid solar powered and i don't care if you build them instead of me my friend
If the box is very well insulated then ANY power of peltier unit will cool the space. You are assuming poor insulation to assert that it will not work. First law of thermodynamics. If heat out is more than heat in, it will cool. Fact.
Keep it up, and thanks for the genuine instructions for the project. Can't wait for part two. I can feel your hardwork behind this video...

Screwing into the side of MDF causes it to split. Foam duct board is also a good choice for the insulation..

What is the volume of the fridge in liters ? What is the dimension of the cooling area ?
the volume and cooling area are calculated at 8:42 minute.
How did you cut square holes in wood so accurately?
with an electric jig saw, steady hands and sand paper :)
Salut, crezi ca pentru următoarele dimensiuni ajung 2 module peltier, latime 33, Lungime 65, Inaltime 37? Multumesc anticipat!
