Wranglers imo, and don’t shoot me, are better than the modern Levi’s quality wise, material and price point. I wear my wranglers for any sort of construction, lumberjack or any sort of manual labor sort of thing. The 13MWZ cowboy cut is a classic, love how it fits over my boots. Tho I have a pair of 47 MWZ and those are even more comfortable and nice.
I have many pairs of Levi's and was never satisfied with any of them. Mostly 511s and despite being the same fit and size, all fit me drastically different. Some are completely tight and skinny, others are too wide. Recently said screw it and tried on a pair of Wrangler jeans at Walmart for $22 and I really like them. I normally stay far away from any regular or straight cut jeans because I'm really slim and it looks pretty stupid like they don't fit. But I got a pair of regular straight and they are fairly slim, not tight and not ill fitting. I'll be checking out their other offerings for sure to see if I can get an even better fit or quality. And they are infinitely more comfortable.
I've tried several brands and styles of men's jeans over the years. I keep coming back to Wrangler 13MWZ. I prefer these for comfort, durability and value. I've pretty much emptied out my closet of all jeans except the 13MWZ and 13MWZPW. I plan to wear nothing but these for the rest of my life. And I couldn't be happier.
I thought the 13MWZ looked awesome on you. Those jeans are crazy-good value! BTW, thanks for all your hard work and all the time, energy and expense you put into these comparison videos - it's appreciated!
The cowboy cuts are shockingly well built for the price. i picked up a pair brand new from a thrift store thinking they would be super pricey, but researched it after and was amazed that theyre putting out that quality jeans for under 50 bucks brand new online(and even cheaper if you go digging for deals). would recommend.
Appreciate the comment! If you're interested I just dropped a new Wrangler video comparing every cowboy cut here: ua-cam.com/video/PANSLGsHWX4N/v-deo.html
I've had trouble with Wrangler when looking for a comfortable jean, the skinny, slim, and straight fits feel way too restrictive, but my most worn jean are a regular boot cut which I am loving right now. I've got big thighs and wider hips so the extra room in those areas are amazing, so an overview on all the different fits is much appreciated thank you
As a huge Wrangler fan of over 15 years, I have been long awaiting this episode. I have so many pairs of Wrangler jeans of all varieties that I stopped counting; easily over 20.
You should’ve tried the cowboy cut in the slim and regular fit (both have great colors from charcoal, tan and even a greenish tan version) and the fit is quite good, also there’s different styles of wrangler but the ones with the wrangler leather back patch are always gonna be the best
My biggest complaint with selvedge denim is that even cuts called “western” don’t even come close to the fit of cowboy cuts. The reason these jeans look so good Is the smaller rear pockets that sit higher than the front pockets. Impeccable fit that I’m genuinely surprised no other company is doing. All I ever see is big rear pockets that sit 3 inches lower than the butt cheeks. The loaded diaper cut.
I personally would go true to size for a baggy look since it is a relaxed fit. If I don't want a baggy look then instead of sizing down, I'll stick with another fit like the regular.
Wrangler makes jeans like they used to be mostly. Its work wear afterall. Just because you are used to womens pants doesnt mean that those regular Wrangler jeans are wide lol... not to mention these pants are nowhere near baggy
I buy regular but now i think tapered will be better becouse regular when wear some shoes make that shoes are almost no visible. I hate slim jeans becouse have muscle on upper part of legs and little bigger ass as others heh
I don't know which Wrangler jeans you were wearing or how you were wearing them, but generally, it's important to find the right size for you. Additionally, you might need to pull your pants all the way up so that the waistband sits at your waist, not at the top of your hips (notice how the man in question is wearing them) as most people do with mid-rise jeans. Some wrangler jeans, especially the iconic 13MWZs, are high-rise. If you don't wear them this way, the hip area is going to appear saggy. From my experience so far.
@@RainbowRoadCrashTest Thanks for trying to be helpful. I'm in my 60s, in great shape, and know how to wear jeans properly. Wranglers make my ass look flat. Nothing is sagging and they are the right size. I prefer mid rise and was wearing them properly just like the guy in the video. My wife is the one that pointed it out actually. I've heard other guys I know say the same thing about Wranglers so it isn't just me. I don't have the flat ass issue with the Levi's, Lee Jeans, or Old Navy Jeans I own. It's just the Wranglers.

@@コミ-e8z on a serious note tho the only Levi's that are of any value are the Japanese ones fr fr.
Why would anyone shoot you? Levi’s are poor quality for a long time now.

Love my Wrangler cowboy cut jeans. I've worn them for years and it has developed sick fades. The best budget raw denim on the market for sure

Cheap, comfortable and fits great over boots. I love having a bit of that western style that Wrangler jeans bring

Thanks, helped me make a decision and its regular fit now.
Beginning to love Wranglers. The look and feel good enough to rival some $90 jeans while being like, $50.
Would you be making their tapered fits in the future?
The regular is the one they call the Greensboro?
Cowboy cut is my favorite
What is better high rise or mid rise?

How do 947 fit vs slim fit? Do you know if slim will fit over boots
Texas slim is a perfect balance for me.

Question, does the relaxed fit true to size, or need a size down? Thank you !

Wrangler seems to make my ass disappear and look flat no matter what fit so I don't wear them often. They are comfortable though.
