"What is your name?"... I love how you fearlessly plow forward and talk to people, Miss Josey! Your day-on-the-street content is great, as well as where you take us. Keep up the great work 😊!
You show yr country & what a contrast between South East Asia countries & Africa.....but the same with populated city...Jakarta,Manila,Bangkok...traffic,people walking around, the motorbike...
I've been to Kampala in 2011 when I worked with UNAMID, Sudan.. your video really make me miss Kampala so much.. I traveled one whole weekend ALONE in Kampala.. went to Gadafi Mosque for Friday prayer. Still remember I had rice and fried fish at one of the restaurant in the centre of the town.. being asian we ate fish not only the meat but the whole fish and left the bone.. shamely I realize everybody looking at me.. hahaha
She is pretty famous among young people. I'm teacher in the Netherlands and we got a new student from Uganda. I asked her if she knew Miss Josie and she did. She was really excited that I knew her too.
I have some footage from the same streets you was walking, But just in 1Km far from there, i found European style streets and shopping center. Huge contrast !

Yooo you can tell immediately that people aren't used to people filming like this....you are really brave for doing it despite it being out of the social norms, but please stay safe, don't piss people off too much. Still, Thank you so much for showing us the beautiful people of Kampala! My old roommates are from Uganda, they were so sweet and fun to talk to. I'm so happy to see where they are from.
Chaotic and warm city. The warm people make u forget chaos in kampala.i have been in well organised , developed cities but people aren't warm, not welcoming eventually the modern city becomes boring.Thats y I prefer kampala en at night it's wowww
Hi love from London. Ex India from originally from Mengo near Bulange parliament of kabaka.we left in the 1972 Ugandans Asians. (Amins time) Nice to see kampala again
Isn't this the town area? I was there this March and been to some of the best places in and around Kampala. The resorts at Kazi, Munyono were awesome. Then the queen Elizabeth and Marchuisan falls were amazing. Some of the best dining places were Cafe Javas, Salt and Meza at Acacia mall where the food was fabulous and excellent service. Only one regret, keep an eye on you mobile phone in crowded places! Rest is all good 👍
I was cracking up when Josey asked the brother what was he eating, and he said mango 7:28 , knowing good and well that was a tangerine 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, great stuff Josey ❤️🙌🏿keep it up
I think Kambodaboda is much more appropriate these days! No wonder everybody is " hungry " ; 50 million bodaboda , about 1 for each person! Great vid. Thx.
