I was watching this trying to decode the full story of this based off the animation, FRAME BY FRAME, and then at the last second i read that it was a Dream SMP Animatic, im both proud and sad LOL
WATCHING N REWATCHING TO FIGURE OUT ALL THE MEANINGS FOR EACH N EVERYONE’S DIFFERENT HEADS- also what is so so so cool about this is that most animations mostly convey emotion through expressions on the face, however with this somehow the star fits for every emotion. Like- idk how to explain it, it just captures a different emotion all together that gets the whole scope for every scene. Gosh the star heads really get me thinking. Also c!tubbo with the half star face explosion aaaa This is so so freaking cool

UR SO UNDERRATED THIS IS SO GOOD!!! I love the movement and just everything about this!!! Also miracle musical is such a good choice for the song and it works rlly well!!! :D
I AM SO NORMAL ABOUT C! CRIMEBOYS DJDJBSHS THIS IS SO AJASBHDHS Each character having some sort of object as a head to represent them is such a cool concept and I'm in awe of how amazing this looks
so tommy and wilburs are just matching white stars half bcus . i wanted them 2 match bcus the animatic is about them and the opening line is "blinding shining star". and half bcus Famous Last Words by mcr has always reminded me of them and theres a lot in that song about shining/blinding lights!! The circle that fundy has is based on 2 other songs from the same album as this one (Black Rainbows and White Ball) (i lost my mind over the symbolism in this album a few months ago). I also gave this one to ranboo, and it was meant to be like… they both had points where they struggled with unreality (whatever the hell happened in fundys nightmares + ranboos hallucinations) and i felt like the fuzzy circle fit that static-y confused mindstate The black star that quackity, eret, and techno have is mostly just black to set it apart from the white starburst that ccrime have. Its about ambition its about wielding power over others its about flying too close to the sun I call tubbos first face “the mask”. I felt like he held himself an arms length away from what was goin on around him. The well-practiced apathy he used in every situation (including WHEN HE ALMOST WAS KILLED?? Shakes him by the shoulders ITS OKAY TO FEEL THINGS) so i felt like one that hides his face, but leaves his eyes exposed (window 2 the soul and all that) was fitting. (this is also the one i used for cdream, but it doesnt really fit him symbolically, if anything he should be a black star. But i liked the mask design for him lol) Tubbos SECOND face is half mask and half black star. This isnt really anything referencing a change in his character, its just how he looks post-execution :] Niki and jack both have blacked out, scribbled-over faces because they were both overlooked (both in canon and on a meta level). No matter what they did no one really seemed to pay much attention to them. No one could remember their faces. :( ough i was not joking when i said i had an essay about all this :]
NIKI AND JACK ARE MAKING ME SOB BECAUSE IT'S SO TRUE THEY WERE TREATED WRONG No but why was Tubbo so. okay??? with the fact he was executed???? I would go absolute crazy if that happened to me At first I thought that Fundy was Eret in the beginning because Eret was seen as a traitor to Lmanburg but that makes way more sense!!!! Great work once again!!!!!!
