no you can install the ring app on as many phones as you want
How do I connect it to Wi-Fi if I want to put it up three stories on the side of a condo building?
Not much you can do. I dont know how big your condo is but i would buy a Mesh router. Mesh routers work the best because you can place the nodes in multiple locations for more coverage. put one node as close as possible to the Floodlight cam. you might want to do some research on mesh routers to see if it would work for you.
you could get ring chime pro, its an extender also
