    I love this style of editing ... I mean sometimes it‘s just exhausting to watch a person talk and talk and you get all this information and at some point you can’t focus anymore! I really love how you switch between talking and making the actual smoothie scenes :)!!

    that’s honestly me! oats is ALL I’m having for breakfast in quarantine! it’s just so much effort to make smoothies every single morning! but this video really helped to motivate me a bit more! and who knows maybe I’ll incorporate some of these smoothies in my next what I eat in a day :)

    Which blender are you using Nina? i've been looking for a small blender that can deal with frozen fruit & ice, nuts, oats, seeds and greens because my old one broke. Your smoothies look smooth and you're not using a vitamix, if I'm not mistaken.

      A nutribullet! I would 100% recommend as it is a lot more affordable than a high speed blender 🥰 the only downfall is you can’t blend hot drinks but I’ve survived thus far hehe

    I don't think I could eat more then one Banana. Unless it was Banana.☺️ I don't know how anyone can. Like you said you can get about the same nutrition from other foods. That you can from a Banana. I'm not much into Avocado's Which I should be. They have over 25 vitamins and minerals in them. Those Smoothies looked good.🙂

      You don’t have to, of course. But a little oomph of protein can lead to a more filling smoothie 🍧
