Owned mine for nearly a year and still in love with it. It’s the ultimate all rounder. With a decent remap they are shockingly fast. I can’t see me wanting to swap it anytime in the near future.
Picking one of these up in a couple of weeks myself, can't wait! 48k miles, Sepang Blue, silver SS seats, pan roof, (non) DRC with CETE lowering module, full stage 2 package, front PPF/ceramic coat and 18k worth of mods from previous owners. Running a slightly safer/lower torque 720hp/930nm compared to other +1000nm on offer from other tuners. Can't believe I found the exact spec I was wanting, the mods are a huge cherry on top. Early 50th birthday pressie to myself and I'm like a kid on xmas eve and counting down the hours till I pick it up. Won't be doing many miles on it as I have a van for work and even if I only keep it for a few years it'll be well looked after and ready to hand over to someone else to enjoy. Either way it'll easily be the best car I'll have ever owned :)
Had mine for nearly 2 years now. I usually only keep a car for a year or so but I've now intention of selling anytime soon! Also, mine is completely unmolested. 560bhp is more than enough for brittish roads, plus, you 'can't launch it after tuning because of the snapping driveshafts...' seems a little silly to me
I had those ugly 22” C8 wheels on my C7 when I bought it. Far too big for the C7, car doesn’t handle well, loads of tramlining, wants to pull you all over the road. I reverted back to C7 OEM 20” wheels, and mine handles perfectly now.
Best all rounder there is. The wheel are shite on this one though imo, and if your going to launch these you need to upgrade to the SRM (silly rabbit motorsport) Driveshaft Carrier only $300 and takes all the slack out the rear diff carrier and stops the majority of the breakages on launches.
@@DrivenPlus The issue is the pinion gear in the rear diff, it simply sheers off due to having too much torque applied, too quickly - The 4.0 TFSI motor provides it's quoted torque figures from around 1700RPM up to the redline. Also something to note are the torque limits on the ZF8HP gearbox. I never understood the reason or desire to launch a car, other than on a drag strip using a machine designed for such environments, the RS6 will outpace most road legal cars, without the need to "launch it". A standard stage 1 tune on these engines is enough to perk up the driving experience, however like any second-hand car, it's best to make sure all of the hardware is in good working order prior to a tune, coil packs, spark plugs etc and increased oil change frequency post tuning.
The lean is non-existent if the car had been speced with the RS Spring suspension option. Standard the C7 was on air suspension. Springs lowered it and gave it a more sporty handling……..

My favourite rs6 of all time
Do you think the interior is dated? 🤔.
@@jamescollett2625 it is older but not like you're paying a new price for it

If you Compare the M5 F10 or F90 to this AUDI RS6 C7.. Does the M5 has a Much Sharper Steering and Stiffer Chassis Feeling?

What's this warning at 3m30sec about drive shafts snapping? I've not heard of that. Is it genuinely a problem with the RS6?
It’s a known fault but doesn’t happen to all
