@@geesamanhomes yup, I wish you guys were in Colorado. Custom project here may die cause that’s our remaining budget and now we’re being told that 1.2 won’t even get 1750 sq ft with same size unfinished basement. And I doubt it will look this nice. You guys did amazing!
