So what do I do if I have a bunion and I now have a tailor bunion forming which is painful? I don’t wear tight shoes but I have a feeling it is from wearing no shoes on my tile floors all day and evening long.

But all my high heeled shoes had pointed toes and squished them. Even that didn't cause my bunions?
