    In this video, I talk about the types of mentalities that effect the homebuying process and how they can lead to tough moments in the path to home ownership. To solve these potential setbacks, I propose a mindset that will help you get a house.

    Be pre approval before shopping. This is the most. Understand the closing cost. Know your down payment.
    Next shop base on your pre approval
    Choose the the house that you will date before you love ( wise choices are made with the brain not the heart ). Watch a lot of UA-cam videos
    I just close on my house 30min ago
    I used all this method and I had a good deal and beautiful home in good neighborhood that I date first and now I am in love with. Choose with your brain ❤❤❤

    House buying is extremely stressful, I didn’t get emotional until I left the title company and officially closed.

      Sorry about the bidding war but ask to be a backup as sometimes being in backup can work if accepted offer flakes

    I had a blast with the process because you and your team made it awesome. I never really felt stressed at all.
    Note to others...
    If you go into the buying process with to many expectations you'll find more stress. It is very difficult to find the perfect house. I was 85-90% satisfied with my house I land on. The 10-15% was could not find the pool I was hoping for. So I'm putting a pool of my dreams soon😅

    Thanks for all your info, i have actually seen that this is a process that requires alot of research. You just dint know who to trust. Lender, agent, seller will all tell you things to keep you in check.

    This is such good information. I am currently working with Jennifer’s team and as much as they truly try to make it as least stressful as possible, it’s still stressful. It has been a pleasure to work with them as a new buyer, even through some of the stress.

    Oh my god, I wish I had known about you before I picked the lender that I'm nearing closing with now, it's been like pulling teeth to receive info and updates on my loan....seriously most of the negative aspects of a lender that you've been mentioning, I literally had been doin most all of my due diligence on my own(sorry, that's what 'due diligence' means🤣), but yes I've been getting all of my info by doing research and finding information and searching for my answers because I wanted to be as best prepare for the entire process as to what's expected before, during, and after, because I want to have a 'winners mindset'

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  2 місяці тому +1

      Its crazy but so many lenders hold information like it is top secret info which it is 100% not. If you are still within 2 weeks of closing we can take a look at your purchase and see if you are getting a good deal etc. If you are a week away from closing then when you are thinking if refinancing call me:) 707-478-0637

    I’m just finding you today. Does everyone benefit from buying or are there ppl who should rent (assuming they can afford buying and don’t need to bounce around the country)

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  4 місяці тому

      If you can afford to buy and do not plan to leave the area for the long term, then renting does not make sense. Renting only makes sense if you don’t know if you want to stay in the area or if you cannot afford to buy. I actually have a video about when renting makes more sense. Another reason renting would make more sense is if you’re in a relationship that you want to get out of. It’s better to get out of that relationship then to buy a house and be stuck together.

    Need to ask a question. If I pay down on a $200.000 for 3 houses on one property that all 3 need alot of work. Can I sell one on payments and still owe on the other 2 .30

      You would need to chat with a title company about if the property can be spilt and sold etc.

    Will you be making a video about the GRate Realty Connect?

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  9 місяців тому +1

      I work at Guaranteed Rate. The G rate realty connect is Guaranteed Rate Affinity paired with realogy and it’s actually realogy that does that (the real estate company) so GRA Guaranteed Rate Affinity is the in-house lender for Realogy. I’m at a different company. It’s very confusing. I agree.
