How do I become,free and clear of a home I bought with my ex spouse during the buyout. The house got a flood and has been remodeled and is done. I'm supposed to get 50/50 equal distribution of property over a year ago but before the flood the house was not in good shape. Now the house has been remodeled. When I'm off the deed of that home. I want to be able to buy my first home on my own.

Since I voiced my opinion I'm watching the outcome of my comments... and since you took that time to try.. I must try as well without this turning into a back and forth endless conversation.....I seen you did a couple different style shorts.. helping videos.. not alot of views.... but from this video backwards... go look at your last video with the highest views.. sadly people want edgy/vulgar/drama filled videos.... I think you and your team are far too classy to go down the Jerry springer rabithole.... however their are a couple dress code thumbnails that's a fast click... you in a classy dress sanding up. It's more powerful when you stand up and talk sometimes....Something I don't know.. I'm telling you something is wrong, you have far to may videos not to have more subs and clicks.... and maybe if you get bored explain the credit thing... and why it's bad when it gets ran.... cause my lender told me DO NOT BUY Nothing new and do not run my credit but he didn't say why... I'm guessing it's because it takes away credit points..

Thank you. I think the channel will grow slowly because I avoid the Jerry Springer type dramatics and headlines. There are so many people being destructive in the quest to get views and that is something I want to avoid. I sleep well at night knowing that I have given it my best and I put out info that will help someone. The channel has always been just me filming myself and then I have a guy who posts and makes the thumbnail. At some point we will understand the SEO etc better and perhaps that will be the ticket.
Also I will do a video about why we don’t want you to run credit or buy anything big:)
