- This video is the 2nd and final part of the series "Massive Chest and Arms Workout." where we focus on how to build massive Arms. The Workouts are in Supersets ( when two or more exercises hitting different muscle groups are performed in a row without rest between them). In this case we superset Bicep & Triceps. The Menu for today is as follows;
1. Superset : Hammer Curl & Standing Dumbbell Tricep Extension.
2. Superset : Reverse Barbell Curl & Skull Crushers.
3. Superset : Cross-Body Dumbbell Hammer Curl & Cable Tricep Extension.
4. Wrist Curls
All Exercises are done in the format of 4 Sets of 10 to 8 Reps Each except the Wrist Curls which are done to failure, which means done until you cant do it anymore.
