I swear I learn something new every time I watch you in action! Looking forward to trying the modern mix - an elevated daiquiri sounds incredible 😉

Those both look delicious. I’d probably lean towards the one with the Demerara syrup

@@CurtGreidanus agreed. It’s a more consistent sip each time, which I prefer

The white thing on the middle of the lime, Caipirinha tastes better if you remove it. Also, as a personal taste, I like to peel around 60-70% of the lime. If you wana try something different, try to replace the sugar with honney, it will taste amazing too. Cheers from South Brazil!

@@EquinoxBR I’ll have to try that! So trying to separate the flesh from the skin / pith. I’ll try that with some honey as well! Cheers 🥂

This put a Caipirinha on my mind, so out for dinner this evening I ordered one, and found out there’s another way to make it - really, really badly. Dump a half inch thick layer of demarrara sugar in a glass, muddle a lime with it for about 2 seconds, make no effort to dissolve any of the sugar, add a couple of cubes of ice and top up with a large unmeasured quantity of cachaça that looked like about 4-6 ounces. Not recommended.

@@Doug_in_NC I know exactly the kind. Definitely try it with syrup and shaking it! Does wonders for the cocktail
