I think there is also an audience who likes both lifestyle and tech contents, like myself, but I'm not sure how many of us are out there. I love how you can combine them, but a separate tech channel would be great as well! ❤️

I had to stop the video to make sure you were using Marie Sharp's sauce. The sauce is sooo good. As a Belizean, it's a must-have sauce in the house lol. I enjoy both contents., and keeping them separate is a good idea because both bring different audiences who might only want to watch one or the other, or bring one viewer to the other. Pleaseeee would love the idea of a separate YT channel with coding / tech stuff, if it’s not too stressful for you. However the way you integrate your software engineering work with your lifestyle content is already top notch. So keeping it this way is equally a great idea.

i think you should do what makes sense for you from a business standpoint. if there is an issue with audience retention / interest when you’re switching between lifestyle and tech content but you plan on making both and you want to also continue to grow your audience, then it makes sense to separate the two.
yeah that's exactly what I noticed when I was making both type of content -- some comment wanting more vlogs, and others comment wanting more just tech. And it hurts video performance when your audience is split like that. Not an expert though and could be other factors too, just what I've noticed!

Hi Marsela I enjoy your videos alot of the week in your life one thing I think you could do would be a vlog about software engineering content like you mentioned in your video code with me possibly separate from the day or week in the life you upload in youtube.

What a nice idea, you probably could make some tutorials that I'd love to see
I'm interested in both content. Some things to keep in mind is how the UA-cam algorithm might work with having your content all in one channel versus split, which I don't know lol but I'd imagine consistency of video publications, views across videos etc are metrics that would change. I'm sure you're probably already thinking of these things too, lots to consider!

I love your channel. I want to make software engineering vlogs like you. One question? Why don't you upload in 4k? Even if you don't record in 4k the higher bitrate of 4k uploads would make your vlogs look a lot sharper!
