yeah I have those inner monologues too 😅at first I thought was crazy, but after a while I realized that having those conversations.. those inner conversations is actually a good thing; because you get to process you're own thoughts, with how you are feeling, being honest with yourself. and be you're own therapist in a way.. it's soothing to me especially when I talk to myself in my mind or verbally when no one is around on my early morning walks at 6am.. Early morning walks are the best.. I get awesome ideas come to me.. when I don't listen to any podcast or music.. just being silent and being in-tuned with ones self in the moment.. Lol 🤣 sorry for the rambling.. but I hope you get what I am saying or trying to say here in the comments😊 Namaste🙏
completely off topic but I always get caught off guard when watching your videos on the background and a song in portuguese starts, my brain isn't usually expecting hearing it during your vlogs so I have two seconds of going "wait marsela isn't brazilian what's going on" lol I also get very confused when people say they don't have an inner monologue, mine is always babbling 24/7 absolutely love your videos, sending lots of love from brazil ✨

Really nice video. However, a quick side note: I was about to buy athletic greens and did some research. Apparently it's a bit of a scam a doesn't really contain enough to make a difference. Just wanted to let you know. They do one thing incredibly well and that is marketing. The rest... not so much.

I am the same way about talking to myself in my head lol it just really allows me to process and plan things out sometimes but yeah it’s insane that not everyone can do this and until like last year I didn’t know this either and I’m 29!! 😅
I love waking up at 6am naturally. I go to bed at 10pm every day and it really doesn't even bother me
