This is hands down the best pie crust I've ever tried. I've used it for countless apple pies (and some berry pies mixed in) over the years and it has always been extremely well received. I add some cinnamon (especially if I used it for an applie pie) as well as some vanilla sugar to give it some extra flavour, but it also works just fine as is.

Great recipe, my dear! As a baker for many years, I really enjoy your channel. Great recipes, lighting, video skills, and another increasingly rare quality, your professionalism. Your pleasant appearance (no nose rings, tattoos, or blue/pink hair) and your lovely voice is SO appreciated. You speak without overuse of the word "like." Your voice is easy to listen to, not nasal or squeaky high-pitched, but most of all you speak with no vocal fry or upspeak at the end of your phrases. You don't sound like you're always asking a question. You don't seem unrealistically excited or phony. You sound very pleasant, yet mature and professional. THANK YOU.

Sure this will work for just about any recipe that needs a pie crust. It can be made by hand you’ll just need to be careful to get your butter cut up and worked in without warming it up too much. A pastry cutter should work well here. 😊
