    📝 Recipe & Ingredients:
    Hello! Welcome to my channel.
    150 ml of warm milk.
    150 ml of warm water.
    1 tablespoon of sugar.
    8 g dry yeast.
    Mix well.
    30 g of melted butter.
    Mix.
    500 g of flour.
    1 teaspoon of salt.
    Stir until ingredients are combined.
    Lubricate the table with vegetable oil.
    Put the dough on the table and knead until smooth (about 5 minutes).
    Form a ball from the dough.
    Grease the bowl with vegetable oil.
    Place the dough in a bowl, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
    Put the risen dough on the table and knead for a while.
    Sprinkle the table with flour.
    Place the dough on the table and roll out into a square about 32 cm (12.6 inches) long.
    Roll the dough to form a loaf of bread.
    Seal the edges.
    Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
    Cover the dough with a cloth or plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
    Before baking, brush the bread with milk.
    Sprinkle the bread with sesame seeds (if you like).
    Make a few cuts with a knife.
    Bake in a preheated oven for the first 10 minutes at 220°C (top-down heater), then reduce the temperature to 190°C (top-down heater) and bake for another 25 minutes.
    Very well baked.
