Not all of looks is genetics. Look into mewing if you do that consistently with proper skin care and get lean you will look good with enough time no doubt. Extra muscle while being lean doesn’t hurt and you may not need to be very lean but it can definitely help people with less defined head shapes alongside correcting damaged head shapes with mewing.

Right after my cheer practice my mom drives me to the gym where I bench twice per wk and usually (after warm-up) try to get 85X5X5. On the 4th & 5th sets I usually need a spot which is awkward b/c I’m usually the only girl at my gym and there are usually 20-25 men there. I really don’t know who to ask b/c I don’t want someone to think I’m flirting. I’m just trying to get stronger. Any suggestions on what type of guy I should ask for spots? Sorry for the novel.
