I look at everyone at the gym though.. The people that are regulars during my time slot, I like to try and think of what they do for a living to pass my mental time, or if I see people struggling Im mentally cheering them on and checking in on how they are doing, seeing what exercises they are choosing, or maybe Im seeing a new exercise and watching how its done, its form... or maybe I just find someone amusing (not in a haha way, but a "i find them interesting" way). A lot of this takes place on the treadmill though when there is literally nothing else to rest my eyes on. Between sets Im usually just glancing around at everyone.
